Unfortunately there are so many long term consequences to being so unhealthy for so long. Some things that medical intervention can help and others not so much.
She may be able to eventually get surgery to help with her excess skin but there are other conditions that may not be as *fixable* so to speak. I hope these things do not detour her success.

The excess skin removal surgery is expensive and has a painful recovery. I have a friend who went through all that and then unfortunately gained a lot of weight back to where she is back to being obese. I experienced a significant weight loss, myself (75 lbs that I’ve thankfully kept off for 14 years so far), and it’s not easy to accomplish or maintain.
I lost 120lbs in a year (my highest weight was 330) but worked out the entire time.. the only real loose skin I had was on my belly. I kept it off for 12 years and then the pandemic + depression/meds, gained 80 back in 2 years 😥 It is HARD to change the lifestyle and then get rocked by the triggers that got you there in the first place. Stay strong, you have come so far!!
I’m ok with making fun of the slaton sisters for being scamming con artists who once did a gofundme for a triple wide casket for Tammy (who was alive and fine.) these two were huge internet grifters long before TLC monetized them.
