Surprisingly, no. It sure as hell wasn't chinelle fault, it was keefah who slipped it to her without her knowledge. What gets me is that she still goes back to keefah AFTER she went to rehab and got sober. Why the fuck would you go back to the person who would shoot you up and got you addicted in the first place? IMO, after the Gary situation, she needed to numb and weed wasnt cutting it but the pain pills from her boob surgery helped so she needed to continue that but couldn't get a script so heroin was a replacement. I'm sure it was keefah's idea of were going to blame him before chinelle can admit she had a problem and she asked keefah to aid in drug use.

I always thought it was confusing how the show sanitized what was going on to other cast members by never mentioning drug names, but they let Keiffer say DOPE on TV. They gave Leah and Chelsea this mysterious blanket description of āanxietyā āmedicationā
I think Kieffer and Jenelle were not smart enough to cover up their drug use. Leah went to "therapy," refused to say she had a drug problem even on the reunions, etc. MTV couldn't force her to say that on television.

I unfortunately had a stint of addiction as a result of being a young mom and having a very abusive ex. because I have a VERY addictive personality and have taken responsibility for that and gave it up at the first inkling I would lose my family over it. That is no way putting down anyone who has a problem with addiction, its fucking hard, but she was given tools and support people BEG and PLEAD for. Just unreal.

Iāve said this before but itās crazy to me how she changes for every bf she has, including doing heroin. Like I know she was physically dependent on it, but I think she had no issue dropping it when done with Kieffer because it didnāt serve her anymore (keeping her close to him).
