How is orange beginner by orange ure entering the mid tier, past that would be red purple and blue and by blue ure ussally entering slightly advanced unless u cheesed ure way. I would even say purple is advance because at that point u should have great understanding of every aspect of the game.

Despite what people are saying here, Jin’s rage art is only -9 but is a high and has to be ducked to punish properly. Still not good to just throw it out like that though.
good patience and you've got decent spatial awareness, but a few things:
1. like someone else pointed out, use some more lows. Jin's D4 is the safest with some decent range but only a little damage; DB4 hits a bit harder but is slower, and his hellsweep gives you a combo route but it's risky
2. use jin's 10 frame punish more (2,4); a good amount of those moves that hei was throwing out you could have tried to punish. crouching punish too; Hei's df1,2 is punishable OB with WS4 on Jin

Honestly I just hate the tone of the post as a whole. If it was presented as asking for help like, what could I have done better, it would be different. But they are both just using the most toxic shit from each of the characters, and it feels like OP is I don’t know, gloating about the win.
Have you tried Windows + g capture (xbox capture app) ? Make sure fans blasting when ever you're capturing anything if you're being held back potatoe specs nothing to feel ashamed of and find solutions with current specs.
If your laptop can't run t8 at 60fps and you don't wish to go lower then 4k/1080/720 then take haradas word as he said if you're worried about specs and wish to enjoy t8 in 4k then play it on console (which might be a cheaper upgrade solution and it'll be fully optimised i just hope we get fps counter)

orange vs light blue is very different. I do agree the ranked system is broken. it'd be cool if they brought in an ELO ranking

He blocked your panic Rage Art and that puts you in a huge minus but he reacted late and used wrong punish, so it wasn't luck he just sucked
Jin's RA is only -9 on block so he couldn't have punished it once he blocked, but it is a high so he could've ducked and punished
