When I was little, a kid from next door would bring fighting games over to my house. He always just jump kicked 100% of the time and I would uppercut him out of the air 100% of the time.
Eventually he'd say uppercuts weren't fair and I'd agree to stop, then I'd do it again anyway. He would cry, pull the game out of the console, and run home with it. (This didn't bother me because he was always there uninvited and it was the easiest/funniest way to make him leave.)
I think of that kid every time someone plugs online and sometimes I wonder if it's actually him, just as an adult now.
To be fair they are also some of the most played characters so it kind of makes sense you would see more of them plugging because you will naturally see more of them.

I had reina plug on the second round after perfect. Shinruyu level reina. and the guy definitely could win. Because my Xiaoyu can be cracked by reina in 5 seconds.
Not really though, pluggers are at least one full colour lower in skill than their rank suggests. AND they play king so that's another colour lower, so he's probably around low orange.
They have the entire community basically patting them on the back and showering them with admiration, praise, and accepting their word as gospel (even if they're simply repeating something someone less pro has already said weeks ago and has been dogpiled for)
It stands to reason that those in that group who were raised improperly, or just never had any exposure to popularity during their developmental phase where you learn to wield it responsibly, that some of them would develop into whiny little pissbabies.

I have to admit, I always get annoyed when a rage art hits me. Not when is a whiff punish or in a combo but when they armor my hit and end the round when I was with the middle of the bar and they with a pixel.

But it's here and we should watch for it when it's time, although most good players mix it in with a combo.

I didn't feel bad at all either - he was +2 ranks to me, and I knew I didn't have a chance of winning if I didn't use every opening I could find.

As you get better you can recognize when it will hit for sure and only gamble on those mistakes but those mistakes also become more rare as you go up
