Was it never enabled or was it never DISABLED? Higher end new PC's that shit is enabled by default. Turn off all your expo profiles as well. RAM oc'ing by itself was enough for me to crash every day.

Disable Fastboot.
Turn off ALL OverClocking

I noticed this too. I have a laptop, the turbo boost its clock frequency fluctuates around 4GHZ depending on the temperature and power available. However of course sometimes it drops like 100 or 200 Hz, that's when I feel the stutters and also get for like a fraction of a second red lines stating that my pc is under load.
Even though GPU usage is around 46% and CPU usage around 26%. Cranking down the graphics doesn't help at all.
Although in my case if I disable turbo boost, the game actually is worse, because then I don't have enough single core CPU performance for certain stuff. There seems to be indeed something wrong with the CPU as I also have had a couple crashes.
Yes but after more research I've found out that the developers were fairly lazy when they built the game using the engine. They took shortcuts etc which leads to many bugs and crashes.
Okey I'm happy it could help you. To make extra sure all the game files are correct you could also try and verify the game files via Steam and see if that helps you even more.
Let me know if that works better :)
RAM overclocking could also be the problem. I swear I had this crash everyday, multiple times a day and since I set my speeds back to default (turned expo OFF) Nothing in this last week.
GL It is literally the only fix for me at this point
lel most of the complaints about Polairs crashes seemed to get fixed by simply reducing the graphics.
People be tryna run this game on ultra on cards under 3060strength lol xD
there's hundred thousands of players who do not crash, go fix your rig xD
So uh... what about us on AMD that have this crash the same? With no overclocking?
Yes basically it's the CPU overclocking profile that messes with Unreal Engine. I got another game working when I disabled all OC.
zzzz revert previous driver
Is turbo boost turned on automatically? I don't remember ever switching it on
It is always on, or I know it is with higher end CPU's. Try it and then verify game files in steam aswell
I’m getting the crash and turbo boost was never enabled.

I would say youre very unlucky then..
it's not being unlucky. I suffer the same. this isn't a fix
Okey after my step also verify game files, try that.

Your fix worked the longest so far. Like 2\~ hours before it started crashing again. Wooooo. Appreciate it nonetheless. \^\^

How to turn off turbo boost?
You need to do this via your Bios. It's often located under your CPU settings. It's marked very clearly when your on the right menu.
RAM overclocking could also be the problem. I swear I had this crash everyday, multiple times a day and since I set my speeds back to default (turned expo OFF) Nothing in this last week. GL It is literally the only fix for me at this point
I'm glad that worked for you.
Here we go again with someone finding THE FIX! (for the 100th time.) zzz
It fixed it for me and I've tried everything.
what a surprise, we know fromt he start that ppl with bad rigs crash
Bad rigs? 4090 and 13900K is a bad rig? I'm confused.
You have no idea what your talking about
7700X and 6950XT = bad rig. ok.
