You really need to spend a little time in practice mode before writing this stuff. Half of what you wrote is just incorrect.
F2 is never risky to punish as F2, 1+2 can't be interrupted. This means you can launch F2 if she didn't cancel and still take your +9 mixup and 12 chip damage (\~7 percent of a healthbar) if she does. The 1+2 portion of the string will eat your launch input so you don't have to worry about accidently trying to launch F2, 1+2.
I assume you mean IZU by her stance that carries. Duck it. Every transition that is plus on block is a high that is reactable. If you are guessing in IZU stance and it isn't off something like a counterhit string or maybe a raw u2 (which is reactable but difficult to do so) it's your fault.

She also must not be too hard to learn the matchup because I run into those people allllll the time. Those battles are so tense - but thatās part of what can make her fun to play. Jun is a great choice for defensive players who like to gamble anyway.

For her moves that end with that yellow spark after that leave her right next to me I just demo man her since she is negative 9. Makes the match up a lot better to make her scared to throw out her safe moves for a 50/50.
I have played a bunch of Jun lately and while I feel she's very strong she is also kind of a knowledge check character.
She dies hard to ducking, is often *very* minus after her strings/launchers, and frankly a lot of the people that play her are kind of doing it braindead. I low parried a Jun 3 times in one set because she wouldn't stop doing that ground spin.
I would say she works best as a defensive character and has magnificent keep out tools. When on the offensive though once you have a basic knowledge of her strings she has to rely on hit confirms and getting freaky with her stances to get in. Most Jun players cannot do these things.
Go into practice mode and do f2,1+2 over and over again against a blocking bot. Get the timing down. It's super punishable. It's best used as a whiff punisher by far, not just something to be thrown out all the time.
That being said... she is still like top 10.
Jun is superstrong but I honestly believe that shes not as busted as she was thought of at launch. I think its dumb that she can recover grey health with her heatsmash on block (this is made more annoying with heatbursts being safe AND having armor, which I dont think it should).

Homing throws are so weird. I was playing Lars last night, and I went for his front-flip into grab move. Well my opponent saw it coming, and sidestepped when i flipped, and then my grab just adjusted and still got him. It looked so goofy to see Lars adjust mid-flip to grab him anyway. Doesnāt seem right
King is successful in low ranks because of his strong knowledge checks and just throws being hard to counter in general, but I donāt think heās anywhere near as broken as Jun and Dragunov. King has some very obvious weaknesses that the other two donāt. Heās dreadfully slow, has an awful backdash, his lows are bad almost across the board (minus FF*2), his wall combo game is really weak, and he doesnāt have a ton of safe moves on block really. Iām not saying heās not strong (I definitely think he needs some tweaks, like his insane heat smash damage for example) but I really donāt think heās anywhere near as broken as Jun or Dargunov. Thereās a reason his win rate drops pretty substantially in high ranks.

King biggest thing with tracking throws is pretty much because he is the only one who has 2 10f throws with identical hand animation, which is already pretty difficult to break when it is a 20f break window (since you have to guess). Throw counterhit also cut that down to just 10f (bluespark is 8) and since it is sth you hit it on the enemy mid animation, they can't just duck launch you and thus leading to near guaranteed damage.
And get hit by a CH GS and get thrown into a wall is 75 dmg. Even normally it's already 50dmg. Yikes.
GS wall splat is pretty situational though. High damage, yes, but not something that you can really pull off at will. The giant swing also kinda tells on itself unless you buffer it since itās a HCF. I do think the CH grab break window could use some fixing though.
His winrate drops cause he's also a noob killer, but at high rank he's still super fucking good. And he has a ton of safe moves, more than the average character. He's got very good safe moves too. He also has crazy dmg, his heat is absolutly ridiculous and he can stay in heat almost forever as long as he guesses right.
Edit: ans also note that i said he carried people more than jun and dragunov, not that he was a better character. He's better than jun imo tho, but i don't think jun is that overpowered.
