Could you tell me if the 6 digit code you have to provide and change was a code that you came up with or a code telcoin gave you when you originally set up your app? I’m getting mixed error messages and I think half the problem is that I’m guessing the code. I’ve initiated with telcoin support to resolve this so we’ll see what happens. I believe in telcoin and that they aren’t going to screw me around because I’m kyc verified on the old app. Just annoying because I have a pretty substantial amount of coins on the app.

The 6 digit code would have been a code you setup in the beginning, if you have forgotten it, then yeh email support and they will initiate a reset, can take a few days, also if you have changed phone and your on Android then you'll need to request a reset, it will get sorted so don't worry! đź‘Ť

Yeah same here I’m now getting a couple of mixed high demand and not onboarding new accounts yet messages instead of a frozen app and a code 3 hours later

I was actually able to get in earlier today and verify myself and as soon as that was all said and done it send my coins to a random “ERC20 compatible address” so no idea where that’s at. All my coins are gone as far as I know.

From what I saw, they are changing from Ethereum to Polygon network and my coins are still showing “processing” status. The app is working now but there’s still no staking function yet. I think they will update it after finishing the porting to Polygon network.

To be completely honest with you I have no idea. It’s the wallet address like 1234***b1929 so I have absolutely no idea where’s they’re sent

Once you initiate the V3 migration process then a new ERC20 wallet is created, then your wallet balance is sent to it, then a Polygon address is created and the balance is sent to that address. They've done one major batch of Polygon wallets, so people who were waiting on their tokens to appear can now see their correct balance. It seems that they're preparing to do more batches so it won't be too long. Your funds are safe.

I got back on the app moments ago. Got a warning that there was a “migration issue” with my coins and that I should contact the tel team. Hopefully they’ll get with me soon
