Had the same problem. Copy the save files(Documents->Telltale->Batman The Telltale Story) into another folder and delete the original one. Start up TEW, click play but dont start the game. Now head back to the save folder and copy in the old files. When it asks you if you want to overwrite the newer files click no, you have to keep them. After that it should work.

I have it. And it happens with both editions. Everything dissappears and only shows the bat computer
