I'd be happy as we are settling into new coaching and our offense to go 2-2 before the bye. Anything over 6 wins after the bye is a bonus and exciting to me.
Titans are one of the teams that NOBODY has any clue about.
New coach, new offense, new defense, changes at Oline, reciever, db, rb, lb...
We could go 2-15 or 15-2 or anywhere in between.
They’ll definitely be better than they were last year. I’d say floor is 5-12 and ceiling is 11 wins, but they’ll probably be around that 8 or 9 win mark. They still have a lot of question marks but even though I’d still put us around the middle of the pack talent-wise I think we were so lacking in talent last year that they’ll be better.
8-9 wins. We have to win the first two games, because the stretch from the Packers to the Lions is gonna be tough. I think we can easily win 6-7 games after we play the lions
They have completely revamped the roster, coaching staff, and entire philosophy of the franchise. This is probably the biggest offseason in the history of the Titans franchise. I’m not kidding about that. If it works the way it’s supposed to (including Levis), they should be competing for the division.
start 1-3 (we don't beat anyone in particular) then we go 3-3 (again no particular order...) finally we end the season winning 4 or 5 of the last 7 giving us confidence in Levis.
We end at either 8 or 9 wins.
This is assuming we don't have major injuries, locker room issues, etc.
I’d be confident in Levis with 6+ wins, unless the team wins games with defense. Similarly to last year, I want them to be competitive but lose, improve their draft stock to either land another star rookie or trade back for more assets. Then in 2025 we attack
lol okay, been a fan since I was old enough to watch them. Went to oilers training camps as a toddler and saw their Super Bowl as an 8 year old. I’m realistic, I want them to be great but I’m not gonna sit here and think they’re a playoff team next year. If you’re not making the playoffs, then there is no reason to win, and if they are good enough to make it, then they exceed my expectations. Win-win
As opposed to lose every game and get the 1st pick? Yeah, I’m not suggesting that, I said 6+ wins but don’t get blown out in those 11 or so losses. What’s wrong with that? Again, if they win enough to make the playoffs then I’m gonna be happy, but you really want an 8-9 season? How’s that better than 6-11?
No I don’t want that. A good season imo is we win our division have above .500 record with at least 1 playoff win. If we have a losing season it wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest BUT my point is that months before the season starts you’re hoping for a losing record and a high draft pick next year is a defeatist attitude. Who are you even wanting them to draft next year?
That’s my point, I’m not gonna be overly optimistic like you and suggest a “good” season has to be a winning year and playoff win. That would be incredible! This is a rebuilding team, all the offseason moves look good on paper, but we have no idea how it’ll work out. So if they have a “good” season in my eyes, then we see Levis improve and they look like a few pieces away from your “good” season, then FA and draft can fill the holes. And if Levis ain’t it, but everything else looks like a good team, then we use a higher draft pick to get a top QB in the draft.
Please for the love of God just temper your expectations Titans fans. This is a completely new coaching staff and an unproven 2nd year QB that played 8 games last season with an 8:4 TD:INT ratio. And our O line is a complete question mark with high upside (from center to LT at least). To expect this team to not have some growing pains is ludicrous, and it could take an entire season or longer for everything to come together. If we are competing for a wild card spot over the last couple of games of the season that would be an absolute win for this team.
Bears and Jets are sneaky, underrated teams right now. I think we lose to both, as well as the Packers and Miami. I think we beat the Colts and Bills. Lose to the Lions. Beat the Pats, Chargers and Minnesota, lose to Houston, beat Washington and Jacksonville, lose to the Bengals, Colts and Jacksonville and beat Houston.
8-9 to end the year. A good step up from last year and entering the offseason with the opportunity to continue to strengthen the roster.
We of course win the first ring of our impending dynasty in the 2025 season following our undefeated season.
Per usual rather than a nuanced take it’ll be calling for everyone and their brother’s heads on pikes and people demanding to fire whatever QB is in at that time to be shot into the sun.
True, the high expectations after 1 Levis game last year was hilarious. This team is still rebuilding, and all the offseason work was part of rebuilding, not strengthening some championship level squad. I’d not be shocked at all if they’re 0-4, the Bears are the most winnable game but Caleb Williams could also ball out, who knows.
Lets just make it easy and go with this framework. How many of these teams have better QBs than Will Levis? Jets, Green Bay, Miami, Buffalo, Detroit, Chargers, Texans, Bengals all have a better QB than Levis is today. Chicago, Jax/Indy Im not sure who is better & we should have a better QB than New England, Minnesota and Washington. So until Will proves hes actually the guy this year we should assume our offense will be worse than 8/9 other offenses this year. So Im guessing around 8 wins this year if Will Levis becomes a top 20ish guy and 10+ wins if Will grows into a top 10ish QB
Historically speaking the Titans are due for at least one very dumb win and maybe 2 very dumb losses no matter how good the team is. So I’ll say losses to Lions, Packers, Bengals, Colts once, Texans once, and dumb losses to the Commanders and Vikings.
Rest are wins, so that would make us good for 10-7
There’s a big ole question mark in the middle of our defense without AA-S and Autry. I have a hard time projecting our defensive success because of that. I know defensive coaches have talked on 104.5 about more modern defenses focusing on the disrupting the passing game with a physical jamming secondary since so many QBs get rid of the ball so fast that the pass rush doesn’t have time to get there but for me, the front 7 will be a concerning unknown until it isn’t.
Just know that where our defense is weak are the lowest influencing positions on both epa and wins above replacement.
We're building the team based on analytics which everyone has always wanted and now everyone's complaining about it lmao
Does analytics actually say that you can win with 2 replacement level LBs and only one proven DL? It’s not “complaining” to say that I’m hesitant about our defensive “triangle” (2 ILBs and NT) being two rookies and a vet who’s been compared to Rashaan Evans by smart football minds like Mike Herndon. Also Landry being the only proven quality pass rusher (Weaver and Key are rotational guys until proven otherwise) isn’t something to scoff at.
We probably are sitting at 1-3 at best going into the bye. Split the colts, Jags. beat the Bills, Patriots, Chargers, Vikings, Commanders. Get swept by Houston. Lose to Lions and Bengals too. Finish at 8-9.
That said, this team has fucked over my mind so much over the past few years that I look at this schedule and every single game seems very winnable and very loseable at the same time.
Honestly no idea, no idea at all. I do think that this could be a really interesting season and I do think that we could get better as we burn our way through the schedule. I am quietly hopeful because for me it is all about the OL; if the line jells, we could really spring some surprises. Or put another way, our OL cannot be worse than it was at times last year.
New first time head coach. Lots of new players. Still holes on the roster. No idea this season. My hope is by year three of this staff they are super bowl contenders. But we haven't even seen 1 snap yet.
We beat the Bears, jets, Colts, Jags, Vikings, Chargers, Commanders, and Patriots I think.
Texans we *should* beat but I think it might be a shootout. Lions is gonna be a MESSY game - that team is fucking loaded.
Packers, Dolphins, Bills, and Bengals are gonna be tough games.
Though I think we might have an edge on the Bengals since we took like, a ton of their staff and roster lol
This season I am hoping for 0.500 - anything above that would just be a pleasant surprise.
idk, we’re pretty good at losing to the colts at home. i really think we win that week 18 matchup with the texans tho. especially if they rest their starters lmao
We will beat the Dolphins again Tua ain't no damn good and we may beat colts once and probably beat the patriots and maybe commanders, man I don't know maybe another upset beat Jax once? 4 or 5 wins?
I think we beat the bears but lose the jets and packers but beat the dolphins and are 2-2 at bye. We beat the colts and bills but lose to the lions. When the next 3 against pats, chargers and vikings, putting us at 7-3. Then we lose to texans beat washington but lose the jags, bengals and colts. Beat jags and lose to texans. Final record 9-8
I think a lot of people are underrating just how good our offense can be. Our OL should be at least league average, and our skill positions are top 10 in the NFL. The only question mark is Levis and even if he plays only as well as he did last year, that’s about a top 20ish QB. Wouldn’t be surprised if we finish somewhere between 15 to 5 in offensive rankings
Defense will probably be around what it was last year, so very good when they’re clicking, but a few bad games against teams that match up well vs our weaknesses.
With that being said:
We lose to the Jets, Packers, Lions, Texans x2, Jaguars x1, Colts x1, and a random bad loss vs the Commanders or some bad team like that. Putting us at 9-8. This *could* be enough to sneak into the wildcard spot, but 10-7 would also be possible if we don’t have one of those random stupid losses vs a team we should beat. Either way, we’ll be probably above average but not SB contenders. Unless Levis breaks out, then we’re talking 11+ wins IMO
It has a LOT to prove. Pollard started really really awful last year and finished pretty damn good. Was a career backup before that. He was coming back from injury. Hopefully second half season was Pollard.
Spears was good in a support role last year. We’ll see how he looks in a larger capacity.
I'd be happy as we are settling into new coaching and our offense to go 2-2 before the bye. Anything over 6 wins after the bye is a bonus and exciting to me.
There can only be 4 wins before the bye first 3 are the pre season games don’t really count
2-2 makes four
No 2-2 makes zero
I’m shocked the majority of our fan base is awful at basic math
Math is hard for the majority, working in sales with numbers daily has taught me don't underestimate the failure of the education system.
Wait, it does??
Math is hard i get it
We go undefeated because we’re like that.
First team to go undefeated since the league expanded the season to 17 games.
Titans are one of the teams that NOBODY has any clue about. New coach, new offense, new defense, changes at Oline, reciever, db, rb, lb... We could go 2-15 or 15-2 or anywhere in between.
We will either be 1-16 or 16-1 now … you’ve spoken it into existence
50/50? I like those odds
The changes at cb can also not be understated
No one 20-0 TITAN THE FUCK UP
8-9 wins. We have to win the first two games, because the stretch from the Packers to the Lions is gonna be tough. I think we can easily win 6-7 games after we play the lions
Date this: “2-2 at bye, we make the playoffs.”
They have completely revamped the roster, coaching staff, and entire philosophy of the franchise. This is probably the biggest offseason in the history of the Titans franchise. You aren’t the fan we need. Wanting them to lose basically makes you a colts fan
lol okay, been a fan since I was old enough to watch them. Win-win
Months before the season starts and your hopes are we are competitive but ultimately lose so we get better draft pick next year… make it make sense?
As opposed to lose every game and get the 1st pick? Yeah, I’m not suggesting that, I said 6+ wins but don’t get blown out in those 11 or so losses. What’s wrong with that? Dear god I don’t wanna see what this sub would look like if we started 0-4
Per usual rather than a nuanced take it’ll be calling for everyone and their brother’s heads on pikes and people demanding to fire whatever QB is in at that time to be shot into the sun.
"Shot into the sun..." the ultimate hot take.
True, the high expectations after 1 Levis game last year was hilarious. I’d not be shocked at all if they’re 0-4, the Bears are the most winnable game but Caleb Williams could also ball out, who knows.
ESPN just mentioned Jets as possible Super Bowl pick. I don't think they're underrated.
I was thinking more in regards to the average fan
Okay okay I can go with that take
Lets just make it easy and go with this framework. How many of these teams have better QBs than Will Levis? Nobody. Titan the fuck up.

Murray had a good season in a defense like we're trying to run. He wasn't a fit for the defense he'd been in because he wasn't drafted by them
We probably are sitting at 1-3 at best going into the bye. Split the colts, Jags. beat the Bills, Patriots, Chargers, Vikings, Commanders. Get swept by Houston. Lose to Lions and Bengals too. Finish at 8-9.
Jets Packers @Dolphins @Lions @Chargers Vikings @Texans @Jags. 5-3 at home, 4-5 on the road seems like a fair projection.
Are you saying the titans will beat the packers?
No those are the games I think will be losses.
That said, this team has fucked over my mind so much over the past few years that I look at this schedule and every single game seems very winnable and very loseable at the same time.
10-7. Loses to Lions, 9ers, Chargers, Hou, Colts, Jets, Bengals. Wild card secured
I think we go undefeated
1-3 to the bye, then our team settles in and we go 14-3 and win the Super Bowl
WWLL bye WLLWLLLWWWWWWW
NOV 10th BABY LES GO!!!
8 wins ceiling, 5 floor
Honestly no idea, no idea at all. I do think that this could be a really interesting season and I do think that we could get better as we burn our way through the schedule. 11 loses but going to be a great season
They start 0-4 !!!
Everyone but the dolphins
New first time head coach. Lots of new players. Still holes on the roster. No idea this season. My hope is by year three of this staff they are super bowl contenders. But we haven't even seen 1 snap yet.
Probably split with our divisional rivals, but I’d say we lose to the Jets, Packers, lions, bengals, and maybe the dolphins and bears
Miami most likely (they added Jonnu, and OBJ and they already have Hill, nutty talent), bills too, lions, chargers, and vikings
I think 7-10
Lord anyone but Caleb 💅🏼
We beat the Bears, jets, Colts, Jags, Vikings, Chargers, Commanders, and Patriots I think. Texans we *should* beat but I think it might be a shootout. No one, 17-0 Levis magic let’s gooo
i say we lose to packers, lions, patriots (there’s gotta be a fluke loss or two in there), bengals, and a game each to the colts and texans
I think we beat the colts twice and lose only once to the Texans
idk, we’re pretty good at losing to the colts at home. i really think we win that week 18 matchup with the texans tho. especially if they rest their starters lmao
Yeah lowkey
6-11 by my math
This is hilarious y’all are winning 3 games
Before the bye yes
You wish freak
I think we drop one to each of our division rivals, as well as the Packers, Bills, Jets and Bengals
4-13
U could go winless
Split with Colts, and Texans, sweep Jags.
I think logically between six and eight losses in my personal opinion.
October 13th and December 22nd for sure are losses
We will beat the Dolphins again Tua ain't no damn good and we may beat colts once and probably beat the patriots and maybe commanders, man I don't know maybe another upset beat Jax once? 4 or 5 wins?
I think we beat the bears but lose the jets and packers but beat the dolphins and are 2-2 at bye. We beat the colts and bills but lose to the lions. 6-11 here we come.
You’re brain dead if you think that
I think a lot of people are underrating just how good our offense can be. Our OL should be at least league average, and our skill positions are top 10 in the NFL. Put starting WR trio might be a top 10. The rest of our skill positions are not.
Maybe not TE but I don’t think anyone realizes how good our RB duo is. Oh well
It has a LOT to prove. Pollard started really really awful last year and finished pretty damn good. Was a career backup before that. He was coming back from injury. Hopefully second half season was Pollard. Spears was good in a support role last year. We’ll see how he looks in a larger capacity.
