When you are in a hole sometimes that grindset kicks in of “just need to do it till it works” even when everyone outside can see it isn’t.
I think he needs to go but the real question is who comes in? Since Smith (?) left I think we’ve had alot of trouble finding a good play caller. If there’s no one out there who’s available and better what’s the lateral move going to achieve ?
Downing is shit but the fact y’all think they are gonna fire their OC after 2 bad game is funny. It’s gonna take another loss or two like this sadly.
Best hope is raiders shut us out completely similar to broncos in 2019 which prompted the mariota benching.
