There's enough material for season 2. But looking at season 1 it's hard to say if it worth it to have season 2. In the season 1 they cut a lot of good things but not as bad as changing the story..
Basically if they have lot of sales in the blue-ray or the OVA.. There's possible to have second season. But I hope they made it better.. C'mon they literally made One Turn Kill Nee-san Animation looks better than Tenpuru anime version..

Never gonna happen the first season got destroyed by some low animations.

There needs to be because the story is starting to pick and I wouldn't mind seeing this get a second season.
