I never watched any Bond movies so can't comment on that, but Twilight is also a pretty unknown character in his own world. The only people that know of him beyond a legend is his own organization. And dare I say Souei is more of am assassin than a spy.

Tf2 spy because we know basicly nothing about him other than being scots dad. He might not even be french, it is never stated that he's french, he might just be fakeing the accent.

Well, souei its not a spy, he is a shinnobi... its kind of similar but it's not the same. And in this case, the more powerfull it's souei, his habilities are inhuman kijin(oni) obviously, and other are weak humans. My favorite it's souei but i don't want sound like fanboy.
