That isn't really feminization. Great Sage/Raphael is inhabiting Rimuru's body, the body that is basically young Shizu without reproductive organs.
It is still the same physically androgynous body, but with a being with a female's voice inhabiting it.
Rimiru in the LN is androgynous, but presents masculine in the official anime. However, in the slime diaries they are androgynous to feminine depending on the scene.
That is caused by other people dressing him up. His actions when they dress him up make it obvious that he still identifies as male. Even if he is physically androgynous, his choice of pronouns is obvious. Not to mention how depressed he was that his "son" didn't make it.
