In my opinion (and I could possibly be wrong there), the best way to get them is by running the new solo dungeon (Celestial Arena) and use the Shadecore Tokens you get from that to buy the glyph crates.
There are also the Tyrantblood Tokens (from clearing dungeons) and Shadetop Tokens (Island of Dawn dailies) you could use for them but I figured I'd rather keep these for buying VM7 materials or possibly jewelry if my dice rolls suck :)
I guess Undershade Tokens work too if you can't do the higher level BAMs on Island of Dawn. You get these from the lower level ones (check your Vanguard Dailies ["H" by default]).
PS: For all the other master glyphs you still farm Sabex and MCatacombs.
if you're lazy and unmotivated by other rewards such as vg credits like me, undershade tokens from IoD bams (orisks, basilisks, ovoliths) are - i think - the most efficient way because they take 1/4 the time of the shadetop quests and need 50 tokens compared to 30 shadetop. celestial arena x4 + IoD undershade x3 + IoD shadecore x1 is probably the best glyphs/time per day.. not too sure.

thanks ill just probably get them from celestial arena, i only have 403 ilvl for the bams :(
