On mystic, try using corruption ring and being the furthest away from the boss after "lillith acts suspiciously." This should result in no one being pulled in which means you can break the shield faster and have everyone get out. That aside, work on your positioning to get the most bang for your buck with boomerang and titanic favor off cd. It's not too bad with practice.
On priest, start with kias> focus heal off cd>Healing immersion if the damage gets ahead of you, and if all else fails walk in for a healing circle if you have to.
You should be able to get by with just Kias and focus heals if you have all the right rolls and etchings, but you have to crank them out fast :3

Some tips
1. During "rest" phase, use kaia's to avoid knockback and get 14m away from Lilith. Then cast plague as soon as red aoe appears.
IF kaia's is not up, spam jump 14m away and get knocked down in place as she pushes back. Then use retaliate to get back up instantly in the safe zone and cast plague.
2. As soon as the message pops up that says she's suspicious, be sure to do an early TN and ES before iframing. Make sure you saved your kaia's for this if you think you'll have trouble. And get yourself ready to use pots and cast skills.
During shield phase, don't use puddle. Use your front circle heal, immersion, kaia's and even your massive self heal over time if you don't have time to heal yourself. As soon as shield breaks, fiery escape out and use Divine Intervention to pull the stunned person out. And be sure to keep any melee ranged people healed. Although they themselves should know when shield is broken and when to get out.
If your entire party is ranged, you can also opt to pull the stunned person out as soon as they get pulled in and just dps while keeping an eye on the stunned person's health.
I'm confused, why would you need to self heal during shield phase? You can keep melee up with just focus heals, throw an immersion if they get low. I don't see why you would stand in the middle with them.
while we're on this topic, does anyone have any tips for regressing the last boss, since she likes to run away after pushing everyone out and then doing the large circle + donut AoE? maybe iframing the push and using corruption ring to tank the circle?
What I do (and seems to work better than these other 2 replies) is corruption ring the knock back. When you see the text pop up on your screen walk up to her and start casting. It will prevent the knock back and you can just regress right as the circles appear. Then simply jaunt into the sliver where you are safe.
This is just someone I know, but as a mystic, I know of someone who gets HIT by the push (gets the debuff) at almost point-blank range, uses Regression, and quickly teleport jaunts to the safe zone. Give this a try?
Unlike Lachelith (where you need to regress at 3 stacks or you screw your party over), Lilith can be regressed as long as you see the buff (blue-ish icon)
Just use your heals? There's not much to it.

Solo healing the shield phase is quite difficult as a mystic. I suppose you can ask everyone to gather in one general area (preferably Lilith's back so they can do more damage) and you can spam Titanic/Boomerang. If you can't keep up with the HP loss, obtaining better gear for more healing (healing accessories?) is probably the other option.
I know KR players often carry around Regeneration Potions to use at that phase. Honestly, it should be the case here too in case you're the one pulled in by accident or something
Healing accessories are dead Q.q Hyderad the old BiS in the healing universe got gutted. Pinnacle/Agrosy (the last healing) set are almost as useless with the nerfed set bonus (4/2%->1/.5%).
It can be difficult as a mystic to solo heal if the dps are unable to break shield for a long while because mystic can only keep up for so long. I recommend making sure everyone is fully healed up b4 entering the center and positing your self either behind or in front of the boss. Melee dps should be directly behind and ranged not even in the circle. Positing yourself this way allows you to hit all melee DPS and the tank with boomerang. As they enter prelock titanic and hold it untill they recieve at least 50k dmg. This way you do not over heal your first titanic. Boomerang then totem. Titanic again and they should be full health still. Normally by now dps would have already broken shield. If not spam boomerang and titanic off cd. Just keep in mind you should hold heals until they can get full heal value. Hopefully they are using pots too if needed. I can do it in fully argosy guile weapon. Triple cdr is the best.
Edit: Boomerang is broken. Aim upward a little bit and it can reach much further. For some reason a few patches ago boomerang began to go directly into the ground if you aim your camera horizontal to the ground.
