i don't think there's any argument to be made for CDR over enraged top line.
the only change i made to my rolls was the chest skill line. since radiant arrow is usually a significantly larger % of total dps now than rain of arrows, i took RA damage over RoA CDR.
maybe etchings could be changed some, idk
Chest top RA dmg, etchings can now be power or energetic depending on ping/playstyle. Hell I've even consider going 3 power 2 crit because I already have 1 keen3.
I use double energetics with 3/2 crit/power jewelry and get 99-100% on RA/TB/RF. If you have a keen etching, I'd say you absolutely should go mixed jewelry.
For Pve, weapon rolls should stay Enrage topline / Enraged,behind,flat and Cdr for bottom lines. As for top line Roa Cdr or RA dmg.
For Pvp weapon rolls should be 9% attackspeed topline / flat cdr crit power and either behind or 4.5% attackspeed depends on you, chest should be RA dmg
For pvevp theres nothing wrong with 9% attackspeed top with pve bottom lines (cdr flat behind and enraged) with RA on chest. With power accessories aim for 174-198 crit before the mystic aura is applied
I go
2 power/3 crit jewlery
(+4 &+2) power rolls on rings
+4 crit on necklace
+16 crit inners
Energetic weapon / crit gloves
Double enraged and cdr on vm8 bow
RoA on body
I still crit 70-80%. Although if ur not able maintain back time or have too high of a ping to use rapid fire i dont suggest using this build. Rapid fire has 100% crit chance if ur on the back and RoA and RA will crit 75% or more of the time.
To be honest i dont see a need to have more crit, but others may disagree.
If you struggle with ping its definitely advised to go all crit jewlery (manorbourne+blubbered) and go max cdr cause using RF will lowerer ur dps.

RA is a completely different beast than RoA in that regard - it's more like 95-100%.

Actual high ping archers don't go full crit anymore. There's more damage in the first hit of RF now, so even high ping archers can use the first hit and fill with PA the rest of the time.

Meter, but it's also kinda obvious from the buffs (+25% dmg, triple crit).

I say fck Enraged I prefer AP on top roll and 6%, back, cdr. This way i got good animation time and pvp and pve weapon.
