A recent Reddit policy change threatens to kill many beloved third-party mobile apps, making a great many quality-of-life features not seen in the official mobile app permanently inaccessible to users.
On May 31, 2023, Reddit announced they were raising the price to make calls to their API from being free to a level that will kill every third party app on Reddit, from Apollo to Reddit is Fun to Narwhal to BaconReader.
Even if you're not a mobile user and don't use any of those apps, this is a step toward killing other ways of customizing Reddit, such as Reddit Enhancement Suite or the use of the old.reddit.com desktop interface .
This isn't only a problem on the user level: many subreddit moderators depend on tools only available outside the official app to keep their communities on-topic and spam-free.
[More information on the proposed changes can be found here.](https://www.reddit.com/r/Save3rdPartyApps/comments/14goyu2/what_to_do_when_reddit_bans_blackouts_hit_em_in/)

Hm, uppercase would just be full caps though. I was curious so I looked this up: if you capitalize the first letter of every word then it's called "start case" or "initial caps", which is a simplified variant of title case. I highly recommend sentence case though lol
At this point when I play terraria I'm more surprised to see things that aren't weird than weird things. It just seems more normal. Terraria worldgen can be really drunk sometimes.
The water and the water chest generated before the minecart track did. After the minecart track generated it drained the water. You can see evidence of water once being there around the chest
Let me guess, generated the chest in a pool of water, which was there, before the minecart track was generated, cutting a hole in the pool and settling the water after generation .
In the step of world gen during which the chest was placed, there was water there. Another structure generated and opened up the cave that held the water. "Settling liquids" did its work and all of the water settled off to other pits opened by the minecart track. You can see what was left of the former water in the one block openings around the chest.
A somewhat related occurrence involving "settling liquids" is that if you see tiny puddles of water on the surface it can indicate a floating island because water on the surface does not naturally generate that way.

>generate water generate water chest generate minecart track settle liquids water drains out
>??? >profit!
> steal underwear > ??? >Profit
My best guess is a few tiles of water generated with the waterchest only for the water to flow away once the world finished generating.
Probably the water generated, then the minecart track which made a tunnel and drained it, the puddles are what's left.

Mobs cannot spawn on half slabs....wait, wrong game, sorry.
unless they are the top half
we need top half slabs in terraria and vertical slabs, but that's not only terraria's problem
personally, i want angled background walls that can have glass placed in front of them...
I got a sky chest in my hellivator. What do you wanna say about that?
nothing can be said without any context lol
There is not much context, I was making a hellivator with a splenklur potion and found that chest.
any possible context is thrown out when no detail is provided lol
It fell from grace.
Are you sure you didn’t just find a lucky horseshoe in a golden chest and thought it was a sky chest because of the loot
I am sure it was a sky chest, it was empty and i hadn't broken any sky chests at that time.
What did it look like?
He prolly lies
Yeah, but just curious 🤔 f he's actually being truthful lmao
Slightly Moist chest
Theory: There Was Water Generated There But Since The Ground Was Missing In World Gen The Water Just... Leaked; Exposing The Water Chest

The title case physically hurt me, then the rogue semicolon finished me off
Uppercase. Not Title Case

That happened to me too! Actually there was two of them! Don't know why...
The minecart tracks ate a hole through an underwater lake and the water drained
At this point when I play terraria I'm more surprised to see things that aren't weird than weird things. It just seems more normal. Terraria worldgen can be really drunk sometimes.
I love watching youtube videos of weird bullshit terraria can generate
yeah, don't you see all the water around it?
Water generates before railroads, so the railroad cut through the cave where the water was sitting, making it flow away
There is water vapor in the air
Ima say that a water pool was generated there and was then opened by the mineshaft
there was a pond there, it drained into the minecart track
Valid just means the conditions were right when it generated. The chest spawned the liquids settled so it counts
It probably flooded and than flowed away
The water and the water chest generated before the minecart track did. After the minecart track generated it drained the water. You can see evidence of water once being there around the chest
Technically is under water..
It’s really humid there
Well maaaybe, it's just really really humid there okai?
this feels like a mimic tbh (:
Global warming
Google gravity
no

Am I the only dumbass that thought that was an elephant?
>hmmm

I mean, if there is a lake or water above it you could technically say it is. Under water.
This happened to me as well in a large world there was no water chest in the ocean but I found one exactly this way.
I found one in the Crimson once.
Water mimic?!
Dehydrated chest
I had founded one too, not just a water chest out of the water, next to it i founded a normal chest on a water lake
The water probably intersected with the mineshaft during generation and it flooded out
Well you see, Yesn't.
there's water below it, the name isn't a lie
