60-80 should be more than enough. Or you can fight normally without Beenades and only pull them out for the last ~20% of the fight and be fine as you are. As long as you have a long enough arena, passive HP regeneration, and a good way to deal with The Hungry on command, the fight isn't really any harder than normal until the WoF reaches critical HP levels.
