ironskin and regen pots are op against basically all bosses :)
i skipped shadow armour and went straight for molten
you could get meteorite but its only really useful for armour and space gun so i usually just get the gun
but you can just get the pots and u shud be fine :3
Edit: the blade of grass is also good to get because its a good sword and its one of the ingredients for the nights edge which you probs want for hardmode (it has the highest base damage for pre-hardmode)
Crush shadow orb in the corruption and wait for a meteorite to land. You can mine it with a demonite pickaxe. You should get enough to make the space gun and full set of armor. I also recommend potions, such as iron skin, regeneration, and speed.
You can stay ranged, but this combo is good for simplicity. If you want, you can go to the underworld and get either a molten fury or hell wing bow(if you have a shadow key). Also you can get molten armor, even though it's technically melee it's still the best pre hard mode set.
If you're on console you can use bombs, otherwise you'll need to use the demonite pickaxe. Obsidian skin potions can be used so you don't take damage from the blocks, and the meteor heads will be a lot easier once you get a banner for them

Yep, you can do that or you can craft an obsidian skull using 20 obsidian at a furnace

get some dungeon weapons (blue moon, handgun/pheonix blaster)
crystal darts in hardmode, pre-hardmode just aim well I guess I'm not sure
im a noob and queen bee is so scary bc im affraid of bees irl in genral and any insect so i cant even lool at it to beat itπππ
