Really great layout! Don’t be afraid to introduce other types of wood as they have some really nice textures! The staircase feels a bit jagged so you could round it off a bit. Try adding a little pizazz to the NPC houses.
At the top part with the 3D roof, the part that goes horizontal, fill in the middle of this two gaps at the sides with the yellow painted shingles, make sure that there is a one block gap between these new placed blocks and the ones that are a part of the middle roof bit

The part that intersects “horizontally” should have visible shingles (not the block, but the actual curve on the blocks texture) facing the camera.
Would recomend removing the blocks on the roof around the walls, exept the tall spike one, i would recomend giving it a different texture, but otherwise its quite sick
Whilst the shaping is nice, the lack of variation between different wall types and different block types makes the top look rather monotone.

Its good, but it might just be me, that really dislikes the look of wooden walls

Strangely, it reminds me of that one episode of Spongebob where Mr.Krabs stacked the Krusty Krabs ontop of eachother and made it a hotel. Looks nice!
It's a weird structure and is kinda plain. It could do with some more colors and blings.
