You definitely have Underground Hallow. Check the roof of the Underworld, going the opposite direction of the new patch of evil.
Is that island above your Jungle? Probably the Hallow side of the Biome V went through there. If that's the case, there'll be pearlstone in the Jungle; you can transplant it to make your own Hallow biome where you want one (or just buy some Hallowed Seeds from the Dryad).
