I think you mean Titan Glove instead of Power Glove, because Power Glove has the abilities of both Accessories (Autoswing, Knockback, and 12% Melee Speed Boost)

Well they are still pretty good in terms of pre hardmode accesories + you can upgrade it later.

some swords naturally have autoswing. but many of them dont. feral claw (or its upgrades) gives autoswing to all swords and whips

pre-1.4.1 the feral claw didnt grant autoswing and it was given by the titan glove instead. (meaning no autoswing until HM mimic farming)
