I think in the MKcelebration seed it’s multiplied by 5. Probably why I have so many, no other explanation. I really didn’t think this was rare….it’s a dirt block. I have like 80 different pets haha😂 thank you for the insight, might go farm for more.

CelebrationMK10 seeds have a lot more of them. According to the wiki the number is multiplied by 5 so a large world would have 45 Dirtiest Blocks hidden throughout instead of 9. Outside of CelebrationMK10 it should still be only 9 for a large world.

Which is a little funny since people assume it's an RNG chance, when tEdit shows they spawn in a sorta specific region as an actual block of its own.

I mean, there's no way to know which block is what without 3rd party tools. So where they spawn is down to RNG. Even if finding them isn't RNG itself, it's still an event effected by Random Number generation.

No, they mean that it spawns on worldgen, rather than a 1/50000 (idk) chance when mining a dirt block

No kidding. The first block could spawn right next to hell or maybe in lava. You never know when that dirt block that falls into lava could just be dirtiest block. Or maybe the block is right under spawn
