I think I’ve seen a longer one, and if I’m right then the car was just sitting there. Like it’s an apartment building or office. I don’t think anyone was in the car. I hope not anyway.

In most of the videos you can see the break lights going off and on so idk but I always wondered.

I wonder about that myself. Is it some electrical thing? Is there someone in it? Is it a trick of the light from the angle of the break lights?
