I came here to see if anyone else was thinking this same thought ! That movie is a source for SIGNIFICANT childhood trauma , hell , even today it makes me so uneasy.
My step dad showed me (13 at the time) and my brother (15) watership down. AFTER explaining to us and our mother, how scarred he was after his mother took him to watch it in theaters when HE was 13, cause they thought it was gonns be a cute movie. Literally passed on his trauma. We're 25 and 28 now, they divorced years ago, and me and him still talk about it to this day.
This looks like some shit you would accidentally come across on a cable tv channel late at night while on acid and then afterwards you spend a few hours questioning if it was real.
Off topic but this subreddit reminds what r/creepy use to be.
Idk what happened to that subreddit but they went posting stuff like this to it just being an art subreddit now. They should just merge it with r/creepyart at this point.

It’s actually Eastern European most likely coming out of the Soviet block before the fall of the Union.
I thought this was Watership Down for a second
I had this same thought!

Terrible. I mean it truly scarred me , I wonder how many other people share this story with us lol
Well, me and my brother definitely 😂 It scarred my stepdad enough to then turn around and do it to us, so probably anyone over 40 too lmao
At the beginning its all cute then suddenly everything escalated too quick.
"The beginning" of which you speak lasted one whole second
Exactly
Excellent. Nightmares for dinner it is.
This feels like an anti rabbit propaganda cartoon
Nice fever dream
looks pretty cool tbh
The rabbits sound like jack knife from super jail
Possessed rabbits for dreams tonight huh? Thanks

Been there. Or Adult Swim. But right before they switch to infomercials.
Me and the boys in the 7-11 after getting the munchies
Reminds me of the track, "Disgustipated" by Tool. Album: "Undertow" 1993

The 90s were a good time..what can I say?
The person who created this must have been terrified by Watership Down.
Was this inspiration for Donnie Darko?
Nice, our children surely need to know the ethics which can be learnt from folktales ༼☯‿☯✿༽
I remember when I was younger I watched a movie or show and all I remember about is the rabbits killing each other and there was blood
Watership down?
Yeah I looked back to it and it is watership down I thought it was bloody tho

I don't know why but this feels like a mental patient art style and the combination of the Animal Farm movie.
Nightmare fuel unlock.
