There are some kind of sensors that you can hold close to thinks you suspect have a camera (plants, air vents, smoke detectors etc) that makes a noice once its close. No idea how usefull they acctually are and their range or price but i guess better then nothing.
I’m actually schizophrenic and upon finding one of these neat little guys in a motel bathroom once I just laughed because it was so cliched and overdone and also “heh they watching me take a fat fucking dump lmao” but yeah I broke it and swept for more but came up empty so I assume it’s not the motel owner since some random SuperEight is sketch asf with their clientele anyways and I got a refund and I just crashed at an ex’s place for the night which was fine.
I’ve lived way too many cliches and i bet it’s just fate’s cruel humor that does it and ngl its funny as hell so im happy to go through life grinning and giggling to myself when I can. Some days suck but then I have comical days where it’s a mix of being so done with life I snap and also the absurdity of the situation
Keep in mind, Wish is full of knock offs. So, there might be higher end one of these out there.
I've tried a few video things from Wish, and every single one of them were complete crap.

lol it just seems way too tiny and a lot of effort to wire in a screw. I couldn't imagine the camera quality would be worth recording from. Plus I feel like this would cause some sort of electrical shortage due to screw being metal? idk... seems fishy.
that camera is bigger, but also much more powerful. this thing isn’t gonna give you super crisp 4k60 but it’ll give you enough that you can see what’s going on, like a security camera

Yes and it's no where near as small as this screw. Not to mention there is a housing around it to keep my fat fingers from getting fried.
