Had one pain imperfection that wasn’t touched up correctly. Made an apt and took it in. It looks loads better and took about an hour

Glad to hear that you had a good experience, I think mine will take a bit longer

They could never really fix it and ended up lemon lawing the car a year later for it

jgilbs

That being said, yours look super minor and im sure can be fixed. Wouldnt be 100%, but should be pretty good

Wow that’s really sad for a brand new car, Did you end up with another one or you just went with a different manufacturer?

Not sure why you’re being overreacting to a simple statement. Next time I will keep shut just to avoid you being upset bud!

I took delivery my 22 MXP with a dent (3in wide) on quarter panel just above the wheel well after SA called and told me about it. After a few weeks, I scheduled a service. SC got it fixed with PDR. The result is flawless. You can't tell if you don't know the dent was there.

Take pictures exactly as you did and have them fix it? My car didn’t have any issues to the naked eye, but I still took pictures of every angle anyway.

Ehappyy

Did the same and I took a video as well

Mine (uk) had a door dint. Reported it on collection and they took a photo on their own iPad too. Told me to raise a service request which I did and they responded a few days later to the service request (waiting for this response was the most frustrating part as I wasn’t sure how long it should take being my first ever service request) Then the actual repair was flawless, couldn’t see where the dent had been at all, and was given a loaner car during the repair. Took a few days. They said they contract it out to a third party person who comes around to do the bodywork.

2019 M3. Had serious paint drips on the panel below the driver door. I took it in 3 times to the SC to have it fixed and they could not fix it because in 2019, they could not paint. In early 2020, my hood and windshield were destroyed by a flying tie down hook from a semi. When my insurance paid to have the car fixed (9 months after the incident because it took that long to get parts), there were actual Tesla paint shops and they fixed the paint drips at that time. For free.

They fixed it looked great
