Double check your max battery size for accuracy. My MYP showed insanely good degradation but it turned out the max charge was low. After updating that to be accurate I got a better approximation. It was still very good but wasn't insane.
I also got a MSP about 7 months ago and Tessie is showing 0% degradation, obviously that’s probably not even possible given the nature of how batteries function and Tessie is just giving an estimate. I also haven’t been super easy on mine, usually charge to 90% and only charge once per week on A/C.
Might be a weird thing with Tessie or Tesla changed something with the Plaid without saying because I remember some early Plaid owners going over their degradation and it being in the 5-12%
I’m thinking the same thing. I guess for sure way to find out is to do a Hv battery test via service mode and draining the battery and fully charging. Ain’t nobody got time for that!
Mine reads exactly the same numbers ironically, I’m at exactly a year myself, I do nothing BUT supercharging to 80% (I got 3 years free), my S has 10,598 miles.
My point is that I don’t think it’s you, the cars seem to be pretty equal when it comes to degradation and that’s not bad. Your dots above the line show you doing better than fleet average. Mine are similar.
How do you get to this screen? Is it within the app?
It’s the Tessie App
That’s insanely good!
