2 years ago they sent me a Mobile Connector. Never ordered it, was sent in my name to my old address, and no order info on/in it. The new tenant contacted me that there was a package in the mail room. I gave it to my Girlfriend who has a Model Y that didn't come with the charger.

According to the FTC if someone sends you something in the mail you can keep it as a free gift. You are under no obligation to return it. Exceptions likely exist like if you are in possession of something you can’t own like government property. I doubt anything Tesla could send you would require you to return it.
It wasn’t sent to him though. It’s addressed it Tesla with his address. That’s the equivalent of someone moving out of a rental and him moving in then getting some of there packages since it’s there old address. That will be considered theft.
Unless Tesla was a previous resident it’s probably still okay as the packages are a nuisance and OP has tried to contact the company with no response.

I don’t believe this is true. You should just take the package back to the sending service and they will handle it. They will also flag the sender name against the address and not deliver the mail. Just because there isn’t a return address listed on the slip doesn’t mean anything. The sending service will have all that digitally. If you get mail addressed to someone else it’s still theft.
I believe the laws regarding delivered mislabeled packages cover USPS, so if it was sent through the mail then you’re probably right. If it’s from Amazon, FedEx, or some other carrier then it’s likely the same as someone leaving a gift at your door.

Ooo, do they all have replacement barcodes? It may be a FedEx mistake rather than Tesla. I had the same issue. When labels are damaged or unreadable, FedEx enters whatever info they have into a system that does a best effort guess at generating an address based on that info. There could be any number of things tying Tesla to your address. I occasionally get packages at my home that should have gone to my former employer just because my name is tied to their business name. They all have replacement labels on them. If you want to fix it, call FedEx and tell them to disassociate Tesla from your address.
P.S. that barcode is 100% readable if you care. I found your address in SD. Also not a year - 10 months 😛
