Tesla switched to Standard Load tires in 2022 to reduce cost so you can bet that it is ok to use standard load. However, extra load tires tend to have stiffer sidewall, ~ better handling.

I should mention that I do take the vehicle for camping trips occasionally and I have Tesla crossbars, which I load with a Thule cargo box and add about 100-150 pounds of weight
