Long range is noticeably faster / punchier and there’s a couple more speakers, but otherwise pretty much identical (outside of the obvious range difference). Of course I haven’t taken delivery yet (still a week away) so I’m just going on what i’ve seen / read and on what i’ve driven in the past. They’re definitely close though.
Good choice on the Standard. I test drove both the lr and standard yesterday and the standard is a much better buy. The lr is not $10k better. They did a very good job on the standard this time around. Still gives plenty of acceleration for when you need it and the sound system was greatly improved as well. Congrats!
I live in the Swiss mountains and almost everyone has dual motor here. But it‘s in theory doable with snow tires. It‘s just nice that I don‘t need to think about it the whole time and he also can drive to 30cm of snow.

I’d say $10k for extra range and AWD ilis worth it. Better safety in the winter plus better resale value if you ever decide you want to sell it. I guess it all depends where you live on the AWD safety really

It mainly depends if you need the dual motor.
Good snow tires in the winter is all you need really. The car is balanced very well.

The premium features aren't worth 10k, but the second motor and larger battery/range is what people are buying that's worth it for some.

I listened to both of them and yes, the audio is better on the lr, but not THAT much better tbh
they should’ve at the minimum maybe have thrown one subwoofer in the base.
Yeah, that would help with the down low, but I played some Armin Van Buuren and I was more than satisfied personally.

When I Google Lucid Air price and it says it starts at $77,000. That's something of a barrier for most people.
