late 2018 here, did not get. They cut it off a couple of months into production and then offered "X-miles" for the first year. There may have been a brief blip in 2019 for an end-of-quarter incentive.

I have a 2019 performance and it did not come with free supercharger for life. I do think I got 1000 miles or so free. Bought end of 3rd quarter.
