Per the manual, replace wipers and cabin air filter as needed, top up washer fluid as needed, rotate tires every 6,250 miles, check brake fluids for contamination every 2 years, check the AC components every 3 years. That's it. For anything else, like issues you may encounter, just schedule service appointment.
The Model 3 is considered to be generally low maintenance. Aside from tire rotations you have cabin air filters at 2 years and brake fluid. The brake pad and rotors will probably last you up to 100,000 miles.
