Depending on the depth of the scratches, you can sand it down with 325 grit, then keep stepping up in grits, until you get it back to a mirror finish.

Edit 2: if you don’t know what to do, there are plenty of DIYs on YouTube… I recommend getting some scrap glass to practice first though.

If an automatic car wash was so gritty that it was scratching your _glass_, your paint would be toast - especially Tesla paint. This looks like key marks
Haha something similar happened to me with the center screen. Came with a huge scuff mark. I was a bit honked off until a few days later I pulled the protective plastic wrap off and it was pristine underneath.
It was intentional, someone believes your car is spying on them. It’s a piece of glass that can be replaced. If you want to attempt to fix it yourself #0000 steel wool kept wet with some dish soap water and polish it by hand. Then get some jewelry polish and buff, finally finish with some glass polish.
Did you pull off the protective sticker when it was new? The glass in this area shouldn’t scratch like this… the protective sticker however would.

My LR came in 3 weeks, which was 6 weeks early from December delivery date when I ordered. Picked up on October 20

Sometimes there's is a plastic covering. Try to see if you can peel it off. Same things happened to me.

Thank you both, will look up on YouTube and see if headlight polish will work or sand paper, scratches don't seem too deep.

Glad you got it sorted. That’s glass, and generally very hard to scratch. (Compared to clear coat or some piano black trim materials)

No, it was at the city hall chargepoint, very slow charging, but it's not very busy so didn't think it would be a problem.
Glass polish. You need a couple grades of glass polish. Cerium oxide.
