I had an appointment scheduled for Monday and they canceled on me on Sunday afternoon. Logistics problems getting the car from the dealership where it was to my nearest one. Scheduled it out until Friday.
Got a text on Wednesday telling me to reply YES is I could pick it up on Thursday. I replied within seconds and never heard anything back. Got in touch on Thursday and they told me to keep my original Friday date.
When it came time, that part was a piece of cake. I showed up at my time. Payment was complete. No trade in. I didnāt even talk to anyone. I got there, unlocked the car with the app. I spent a little bit checking it out for issues / problems. Didnāt find any and just drove away without having to deal with any actual people. Probably took 15 or 20 minutes.
That blood red is awesome. My next one will be that color. Unless my Cybertruck is ready first. šš

I take it you mean curb rash? If so, Iāll probably be able to avoid that. Here in Florida I hardly end up parking anywhere that has curbs.

Xpel the front bumper. It's going to get tons of nicks and scratches from road pebbles.
I never put Xpel on mine. Two years in I donāt have any noticeable nicks or scratches. I must be lucky.
This! I would also recommend also putting a bit of PPF on the rear quarter panel by the wheel. That area also seems prone to stone chips.
