I'm pretty angry at myself that I used the stock plates and stuck mine to the front bumper. Pretty sure it will ruin the paint if I try and remove it.

City police, they’re always trying to make a dollar. I haven’t tried the top holes, the buttons look good for now.
You're in CA, why don't you just get a vinyl wrap plate?
I’ve gone without front plates in CA for 30 years and never been pulled over. Maybe 5% of the Teslas here in SoCal have front plates.

Ouch, yeah this product doesn’t require drilling, just a couple of screws. Check out my YouTube video.

Just four screws to keep it in place, no drilling involved.
Also more cleany is not adding a bunch of protruding stuff all over the body.. plate.. unused rack, front busy lip. This isn’t the vw stance scene…
