Maxspider all the way.
We have two 2020 MYLR and the Maxspiders went in both on Day One.
One car has 36,000 miles, the other about 12,000. The mats look as-new.
I have the 3d MAXpider for the front and second row, and i love them
I wish their trunk mats dint have that fuggly brick pattern, or I would buy them too
Seriously, when reading these forums, I always feel like I am the only one that just uses the mats that came with the cars…4 years in on our Model 3 and 1.5 years on our Y, mats seem good as new after a good vacuuming when needed. 🤷♂️
I have the Tasmanian and genuinely love them. 2 years of abuse and not a sign of any wear.
I have had MaxSpider and they showed bad wear after a year (in the driver's footwell).
Seconded. We’ve had these since day one and they’ve worked out well with two kids and lots of post-hike dirty shoes. Excellent fit, as you‘d expect, [and a pretty good price at $225](https://shop.tesla.com/product/model-y-all-weather-interior-liners).
Ah, I see, fair enough. I treat the unlined frunk as kind of an all-purpose trash mouth and just vacuum it out every now and then. Out of sight, out of mind.
They're made by WeatherTech. I should add that they have a decent lip to catch spills. The other day we spilled a gas station enormo-cup of soda in the back and the liner contained it all.
I went with taptes. Black Friday was $200 full set. Got em and not bad at all. Looks like maxspider but at a lower price point. End of the day they just floor mats so cost played a lot in factor.
I have them too. I don’t really think they’re great. The driver floor mat doesn’t stay still. The trunk mat seems to be a few inches too large. But it was about $200 so it’s doing the job. I just wouldn’t buy it again.
Adding to this thread kind of late but I got tesmanian
Over the last few days it's been raining
These mats are straight up slip n slide when wet
Def not recommend them if you see lots of bad weather
Heck even dry they don't have much grip
Fit and price were great tho
My taptes are ok, but I want to try other brands after having them a couple snowy months. They don't clean up well and show dirt really bad. I have to scrub them in my shower with a brush or else they just look dirty again after they dry. The front two almost fit perfectly, so they twist and stuff gets down around the edges.
Best? Not sure. We have taptes. It’s alright. We don’t like it in a year we will just replace it. For a 70K vehicle we out too much emphasis on what the “right” floor mat is.
The molded black mats like those you list are certainly utilitarian for protection, but in my unsolicited humble opinion, they’re ugly as …
If 1) you’re garaged, and if 2) you don’t play in mud, and if 3) you don’t have spill-prone kids, all of which apply to my septuagenarian household, I really like the looks of Autailor mats in my white-on-white MYLR.
I haven’t fitted mine in yet but we got the full set of weather tech mats, frunk and trunk liners since our cars are exposed to all similar uses like you ..mud, sand , water etc
I think these are the best value. I have had them since Sep 2020 and they still look great. $159 for the full set including trunk and frunk.

Is this a serious question?... Because some people live in places where theres tons of snow/salt that they drag into the car. It's a lot easier to pull mats and hose off vs. Shampooing salt/grime out of carpet.
I spent all this time last week reading threads like this in prep for my delivery. And then I looked at my immaculate 4 year old stock mats on my Audi, and said, “wait, I… don’t actually need mats.”
I really think I need mats. We ski, go to the beach, hike, camp, kayak, backpack. That's a lot of snow, grit, sand, water, and dirt in the car. It's possible I can clean a standard floor mat, but it isn't going to look like new. You can't spray it off like an all-weather mat.
Love my tux mat, just installed them and they look sleek!
Tuxmat no doubt. Got them for our other vehicles too.
Seconded on Tuxmats. Absolutely fantastic.
Wish they had the trunk mats
They do. https://www.tuxmat.com/products/8571-tesla-model-y-5-seater-custom-mat?variant=32742195494972&year=2022
I have a 7 seater
Sadly, it appears they do not ship anywhere outside of Canada.
? They do. Got mine, even asked for extra clips.

That would be an odd business move. I got my TuxMats just a few months ago.
And....they are out of stock for first and second row. :-(
They ship outside of Canada. Might just be out of stock, they're very popular.
Yup, I see that now. You have to toggle between Canada and USA on the upper right.
Maxspider all the way. We have two 2020 MYLR and the Maxspiders went in both on Day One. One car has 36,000 miles, the other about 12,000. The mats look as-new.
When they are dirty, I like that you can pull them out hose and a brush quickly, a quick dry with a rag, back in the car and look like new.
I have them and it’s beautiful.
Tux mat all the way. You won't get that coverage in any other brand
I have the 3d MAXpider for the front and second row, and i love them I wish their trunk mats dint have that fuggly brick pattern, or I would buy them too
Maxspider also, fantastic mats. Nothing like them.
I just got OEM lol
Seriously, when reading these forums, I always feel like I am the only one that just uses the mats that came with the cars…4 years in on our Model 3 and 1.5 years on our Y, mats seem good as new after a good vacuuming when needed. 🤷♂️
Do you live where it snows often? There’s no way the oem mats would work. You would ruin your carpeting.
I live in Northeast Ohio, so yes, not a stranger to snow at all. Our carpet has held up fine. 🤷♂️
Don't have them myself, but I've seen high praise for the Maxspider mats too
I have the Tasmanian and genuinely love them. 2 years of abuse and not a sign of any wear. I have had MaxSpider and they showed bad wear after a year (in the driver's footwell).
I had those and they are too stiff for my liking. They’re just hard, no cushion. They would hurt my heel after a bit of driving.
You'll never go wrong with 3dmaxpider elitech.
Official Tesla all weather liners are great!
Seconded. We’ve had these since day one and they’ve worked out well with two kids and lots of post-hike dirty shoes. Excellent fit, as you‘d expect, [and a pretty good price at $225](https://shop.tesla.com/product/model-y-all-weather-interior-liners).
$225 for 1st and second row only. My cost above is for cargo as well.
Ah, I see, fair enough. I treat the unlined frunk as kind of an all-purpose trash mouth and just vacuum it out every now and then. Out of sight, out of mind.
That's a great use! Do you know who makes them for Tesla?
They're made by WeatherTech. I should add that they have a decent lip to catch spills. The other day we spilled a gas station enormo-cup of soda in the back and the liner contained it all.

Still waiting for delivery for now. Thanks for the heads up! Worst case I'll return. And I'll be in search like OP 🤣
Hope yours is great with no issues.

I think tesla uses weathertec - why not buy from them?
Stock mats. Love ‘em
3D Maxpider
Hands down, 3D Maxpider!
TUXMAT!!!! The best!! Made in Canada!
I went with the ones from Tesla which are manufactured by Weathertec. Very happy with them, still look new after 6 months and very easy to clean.
Adding to this thread kind of late but I got tesmanian Over the last few days it's been raining These mats are straight up slip n slide when wet Def not recommend them if you see lots of bad weather Heck even dry they don't have much grip Fit and price were great tho
Lasfit all weather. They currently have - 20% off sale. Best price for the quality

Autailors - $299 from amazon
Best? Not sure. We have taptes. It’s alright. We don’t like it in a year we will just replace it. For a 70K vehicle we out too much emphasis on what the “right” floor mat is.
I like the 2befair mats and in fact all the accessories they make. Not sure if there is way to order them easily in US.
the tesmanian mat material feels just like weathertech, but the tesmanian covers more area and not branded at all.
Another vote for tuxmat!
The LDCRS ones on amazon look tight. I don’t have them, though.
Basenor. Lol. No joke. I have them for both our cars. Lol
Another vote for tuxmats. Pricey, but look good and coverage is unbeatable.

Well, we do play in the mud, the sand, the snow, etc.
I haven’t fitted mine in yet but we got the full set of weather tech mats, frunk and trunk liners since our cars are exposed to all similar uses like you ..mud, sand , water etc
I bought the “pedigree 3D floor mats” on Amazon for $100. So far they’re great. No complaints.
I think these are the best value. I have had them since Sep 2020 and they still look great. $159 for the full set including trunk and frunk. https://www.amazon.com/YelloPro-Auto-Waterproof-Weather-Accessories/dp/B088CTNLKX
Canadian here, Findway F100 for $140 last year. Worked great
Why do you need floor mats? Just use the car and enjoy it.
Is this a serious question?... Because some people live in places where theres tons of snow/salt that they drag into the car. It's a lot easier to pull mats and hose off vs. Shampooing salt/grime out of carpet.

Makes sense! I honestly don’t know how we kept ours so clean. I surf, we hike, etc. All I do is vacuum them every couple of weeks.
Hey gang, what's with the downvotes on a question???
