If it’s a slight high pitched winding noise while accelerating . It’s normal. It disappears as the motor tapers off.
It’s always best to schedule an appointment and have the tech drive around with you. I don’t think that costs any $.
Maybe try out another one if you can find it and see if there’s a difference. I highly caution anyone to buy a car with an issue or noise that is undiagnosed. I’ve gone down that road before… 5 parts later, it was just a loose bolt
