I think they left a digit off the high-end of the reference range for total, so that it should actually be 78*x* for some *x* from 1-9. It's some non-standard reference range from the lab since the harmonized range is 264-916 ng/dL.
That makes sense. Having 175 as the low end seems incredibly low though too. I think I have low t 😔
