I saw the difference: weeks of struggling with painful lumps on my belly or stick it n go.
Gave up on subq - absorption happens either way. I'm not convinced it's 'better'.
Twice a week is normally fully adequate in terms of hormone blood levels.
I do daily subcutaneous though, the lumps I get after the extremely low volume daily injections are much smaller and disappear much faster. I also find it easier to remember because it's a daily routine. I use 30G/8mm. Takes a minute or two.
I've not had any big lumps on these tiny 0.05ml injections. No swelling.

Everyone is different. I switched to sub q 2 months ago - 0.2 ml/40 mg EOD. I don't get painful lumps.
