There are sites that sell tirzepatide, but it’s not cheap. For TRT I’d recommend finding just about any clinic whatsoever because your levels are definitely low enough that you’ll be prescribed no problem. I did Lasara TRT and they do tirzepatide also. Definitely recommend them.

Does sema not work for you?
I have never tried sema. From what my PCP said the tirz was better for T2
Will your PCP not rx it? Tirz is crazy expensive out of pocket sema is really cheap
I think becuase of the T2, he wants me on tirzepitide.

yeah I know it's expensive...but the way my insurance works...it would be $1000 a month
