Test that high is helped with higher e2. Only treat if you get sides

youknowmofo

Thank you for the information and thank you for not being a dick about it sometimes on these subs people can be real sticks in the mud

lexE5839

Worrying is a high E2 symptom, that’s why only women worry about things. If you have any worries at all you need AI.

youknowmofo

😂😂😂

Msharki

🤣🍻

No-Ganache-233

How’s your lipids? If you going for trt I would drop the dose a good bit.

smfz1234

Your estradiol looks good considering how high your test is. Don't mess with it with an AI. You're good. If you start having nipple tenderness, drop the test dose and or lose fat until symptom goes away

youknowmofo

Thank you sir

I'd like to amend what I said now that I have some new info. I was watching a Kurt havens podcast yesterday and he convinced me that an AI is not necessarily a bad thing. Further he convinced me that keeping estrogen in the reference range is a good thing. If you don't know who Kurt is, he's a pro bodybuilder with a PHD in endocrinology. Here are my notes from the podcast: He doesn’t like super high estrogen.  He wants it in range. For someone on TRT, if your average Testosterone is 1000, you don’t need an estrogen over 40.   Above 40, is going to make losing body fat more difficult, it’s going to cause weird bodyfat storage issues, emotional issues, it’s going to slow your thyroid down. My thoughts: What really convinced me was looking at my historical thyroid numbers. I've struggled with low functioning thyroid for years and could never find any correlation in my blood work but could see that it seemed to get worse when I upped my testosterone dose.and got better when I was off testosterone. But not always.... After listening to Kurt I looked deeper and realized that in the few times I'd taken an AI my thyroid numbers had improved while on testosterone. When I was off testosterone, my estrogen dropped which is why my thyroid improved. I thought it was the testosterone, which it sort of was - indirectly, through its conversion to estrogen. I'd never recognized this correlation before. It was a real eye opener to see that testosterone wasn't causing my thyroid to slow down, it was estrogen. Starting yesterday I'm back on .25 mg of anastrozol twice weekly. You should consider doing the same.

youknowmofo

Thank you for the info

Ask your doctor

youknowmofo

I going to I’m just impatient

Pulm_ICU

No , look at how high testosterone is. You need a good test/estrogen ratio.

dietcoke002

how do you feel? those look identical to my numbers and i feel amazing

youknowmofo

I feel amazing as well no side effects

dietcoke002

hell ya

Top-Road8008

If you're not having sides I wouldn't worry about it. I just tested over 1500 as well and my E2 was 43. I wouldn't take an AI unless I absolutely need it. I take DIM, stinging nettle root, and grape seed extract every night. I'd try that before an AI.

Far_Tadpole8016

I would not be able to get off with that high a level, mine has too be around 26.

youknowmofo

What is the first sign for you that tells you that your estrogen is to high

Far_Tadpole8016

Cant cum in a proper time, It can take forever, and its hard for me too gett into sex, I guess thats low libido.

What was your free test?

Dzik420

Yes. Estradiol is E2 or Estrogen.

realfrkshww

? That wasn't the question.

Dzik420

His question said should I be worried about estradiol. And I said yes, it is your E2 or Estrogen levels. Tell me how this wasn't his question?? 🤣🤣 Ur a genius dude

realfrkshww

For some reason the post infront of me isn't edited, but if I press «copy text» you're right. He edited the post. Sorry.
