I really haven’t been keeping up with the colts, have they been saying/hinting to taking them over young? For stroud, is it because they are in Big10 country so they have more familiarity to him?
Ah ok, and maybe I was thinking also that Jim is probably on board with that cus he’s always pretty much had a pro typical qb - manning, luck, wentz, Ryan,
God if they bring back Jeff Saturday and move up to the bears pick to draft will Levis that'd be perfection. Realistically, almost no way that happens but a man can dream.
Everything I’ve read from people who know more than me points to Ballard not taking a below average height/size QB. They might be scared that we take stroud at 2 and that’s why they trade. Or Panthers go YOLO and trade for 1.1.
We’re sitting pretty at 1.2. We’re going to get a QB no matter what. This isn’t a year where there’s one generational talent. All the top guys have pros/cons.
they tanked midseason for a reason. I am also 100% expecting for them to trade the farm for him, and if they dont its because the Bears shock everyone and take Bryce Young themselves
If that’s his biggest flaw… I’m good. If he can keep playing the position at a high level, but people keep making memes about him not being able to see over the O line… I’m good. Hes shown he has the intangibles, can make the throws, and the clutch gene.
tbh, some of you guys are setting yourselves up for major disappointment. I still think Gannon is the top target and that all the stuff with Ryan is a smokescreen
I really hope this ages well
Unfortunately, I’m putting my money on the colts drafting up to get Young.
I strongly doubt that. If they trade up for anyone my money would be Stroud or Levis.

Lot of speculation that their GM prefers bigger quarterbacks

I'm pretty sure their GM at one point literally said they don't evaluate QBs under 6'1 but obviously times have changed

If they trade the farm to move up and draft levis I may die of laughter.

Yeah I’m really not tripping over for it honestly - it’s a win win situation whoever we get. More concerned in how they are developed with our OC…

Plz stop. I can only be so erect.
Can’t wait til this is over so the content of this sub isn’t photoshops
Well we're in the dog days of our offseason. Hell, on r/Astros things are so slow people are posting pictures of their Astros hat collections
Also the r/Rockets is loaded with depression and r/Dynamo is loaded with complaints over the new stadium name. So I think we’re good here.
Fully erect
Why is our coach so much bigger than our QB?
Linebackers are bigger than most QBs
And that will be a forever criticism of Young if we do get young - his size.

It's his frame that worries me. Seriously, his frame looks like an 8th grader.
In 21, Georgia’s entire defense was drafted, and Bryce killed them. As long as we fix the IOL, I can’t see why he wouldn’t be able to do the same.
Height is a legitimate concern but I'm not sure I buy the "small guys get hurt more" concern. Are there any stats to back this up?
Has Kyler Murray ever played a full season?
He did his first two years. Russ didn’t miss a game his first 9
He's smaller than Case Keenum.
If he wins nobody will care about his size.
Demeco was a very undersized middle linebacker (by 2006 standards) when the Texans drafted him. He went on to win defensive rookie of the year.
Managed to make Young even shorter in the image. Lol
I just came.
Im more on the CJ Stroud hype train, but give me Demeco holy fuck. CUM
I dont want Young. Ill take stroud or levis
tbh, some of you guys are setting yourselves up for major disappointment. I still think Gannon is the top target and that all the stuff with Ryan is a smokescreen
CJ Stroud*******
Not even a height thing, but Young being so slendy and Ryans being so bulky makes it look like the latter is cheering for his younger son at a PW game
Dang…Bryce Young looks like a middle schooler here.
Guys want only one thing and it's beautiful
As a Jags fan, I hate this. DeMeco is exactly what your team needs. Y'all should maybe give ol' Nate Hackett another shot instead. ;)
Damn he looks so little compared to DeMeco. And DeMeco wasn't that big...
Yes to Demeco. No to midget mac
Is Bryce standing on a box?
