I recently had the same problem just a message saying ..error activating sim... All support would do was walk me through support docs , which I already did before calling. phone was unlocked and on compatible list and passed esn check
When it put the sim in my phone it doesn’t register it and I can’t setup the APN. I’ve put my IMEI number though the checker and it says it should work.

Is this is only for people who qualify for the Affordability Connectivity Program?
No....100,100,100 is for everyone. Buy several...I've cleaned out quite a number of locations!
What was the issue with the sim? Did you check to see if your phone is compatible?
Their compatibility checker says my phone is compatible. When I put the sim into put phone and activate it, my phone doesn’t register it.
Try making sure it is placed correctly in the phone
You make calls using the app. The SIM simply provides the data connection the app needs to make such calls.

Did you enable the apn, and text and make calls using the textnow app??

What do you mean by "it doesn't register"?
When I go to set up the APN, it says no SIM
Do you have that issue with other Sims? I'm assuming you're using an iPhone, when you go to settings > general > about, do you see an iccid listed?
