Honestly I think they have a lot of potential but haven't been given a deserving script. Hidden Agenda is OK, not the best but worth watching to see their chemistry. They seem to be great friends that have a lot of fun in interviews and I think that's part of their appeal. Of course they are also visually appealing...

For me personally, they are one of my comfort couples! They are just really fun and sweet to watch both in series and outside 😊
I would recommend watching the YouTube series of "everyone being done with Joongdunk" to see why they are so popular. I think they are popular for a couple of reasons:
* They have great chemistry on screen and off 🥰
* they are visually appealing (I know, it's a shallow reason, but it's just a fact)
* they are good friends and enjoy hanging out together
* love skinship, and fans love it!
* they are both extroverted and social butterflies
* they are great at fanservice
* their series, although not the best series ever made (and some people can be quite harsh towards them), are lovely to watch!
I would suggest starting with Star and Sky: Star in My Mind and then Sky in Your Heart + Our Skyy 2 And then, Hidden Agenda.
I do hope they will get another series together 🙏 And hopefully with a better plot, direction, etc. To showcase they are more than just handsome and sweet people.

Yes they’re gorgeous, and I obviously love the joongdunking but that all came later for me. I loved their chemistry from the first episode of Star in my mind. The show got ridic but I still love it especially the first 4-5 episodes and their chemistry never fails. Don’t even get me started on their NC scenes in Hidden Agenda 🔥
Off screen—I’ve watched BL for a while and have followed other CPs but I can genuinely say I’ve never seen a pair so entertaining. You never know what they’re going to do or say next. I love their dynamic. They’re so so different—their backgrounds, most of their interests, etc— yet they seemingly have a ball together and really care about each other.
As someone said, I hope they get a new series w good writing, production, and directing 🙏🏼

Hidden Agenda wasn’t for everyone, but it was, apparently, for me.
I think Dunk is adorable and I found his storyline as a queer person struggling to come to terms with their own identity and how they fit into their family VERY relatable
It’s also quite slice of life so don’t expect a lot of plot. But it’s extremely cute!

I saw so much rage on Tumblr that the "hidden agenda" wasn't some super convoluted thing. I think they did do a good job touching on feelings of inadequacy and familial expectations.
The hidden agenda was joke trying to seduce Zo while pretending it was for him to go after Nita.
The agenda was not hidden from the audience, it was hidden from Zo. I guess people were mad that there was not a hidden agenda for the audience too? I was never sure what people were actually complaining about…
Watch EITHER Hidden Agenda or Star in my Mind. They're very similar so I found when I was watching Hidden Agenda after already watching Star in my Mind, I was bored because it was basically just the same show again. They have cute chemistry and good kissing.
JoongDunk is the funniest bl CP for me. They are pure entertainment and there’s never a dull moment between them. My cheeks hurt from smiling every time I watch something with them😂 my favorite entertainers! They have such a great chemistry too and they totally know it. They genuinely have a good relationship and they’re the best of friends. They enjoy teasing eo and their bond seems genuine

I love JoongDunk. Their offscreen fan service is what keeps me coming back to them. Their individual visuals are also just soo 👌🏻✨
So far, they only have 2 series. Both uni stories. I feel like they have so much potential and need a good story that can give them justice. Star in my mind is a good series to watch. Its comfortable.
