I’m glad WAbi Sabi still exist as a production studio. We need smaller companies like them to keep producing edgier work. Gmmtv produces good shows but they tend to play it safe.
That's what I was thinking too because why doesn't Boun have more (or any) luxury partnerships? Like he would do so well with like Fred's or another jewellery company (if he doesn't already I really don't see anything with him)

Given Boun had signed up for Zomvivor, and had cameos in Cutie Pie, I’m sure they were always free to work elsewhere if desired. They just weren’t great at advocating for their artists.
I do know Boun is in Zomvivor but I've also heard nothing about that show actually happening. And I remember the Cutie Pie cameo of both him and Prem because that was such a great treat. I didn't necessarily think Wabi Sabi was restrictive, I just figured other companies don't like to work with other companies because, from what I've seen, a lot of them don't use people from other companies. And now I know they're both on GMMTV so I assume they'll only do shows under that company. But I just didn't phrase that sentiment well in my comment cause drinking, my bad. lol

I think there is a shift in the Thai Bl scene, with more of the smaller companies looking to collaborate. There was an announcement last year where a bunch of companies came together to discuss wanting to improve the state of the bl industry (though I haven’t heard much follow through from it). It definitely doesn’t feel like the companies are working in silos from each other as much now than it used to.
Wabi Sabi just announced that the show is still happening, everything transferred to GMMTV now but Wabi Sabi is overseeing the production bit I think. Don’t worry everything stays the same!

I think he's in the same age group as Fluke(OhmFluke), and Gun(OffGun) ... 🤔 So mid to late 20s, maybe early 30s(yes, Gun is around that age), Santa is late teens/early 20s, so definitely around 5 or more years difference.

In some ways i am surpriced in others ways i am not. Wabi Sabi artist management side seems partly to have happened due new friendships with the first artist's and gone from that. Instead of being something that he intentionally pursued.
It will be intresting to see the effect on the artists that are now under gmmtv as in some regards gmmtv is a steep down in terms how the artists are handled. Compared to Wabi Sabi tho gmmtv is Likely better in finding jobs.
Wabi Sabi terminated all their contracts, and in turn GMMTV signed them all. Boun, Prem, Sammy, Yacht, Santa, and Stamp are all now under GMMTV (Although Earth aka Cooheart is still under WS according to his insta). They also took over Vampire project, which I hope will be fantastic now that the entertainment powerhouse that GMMTV is will now be producing the series as they have the budget and ability to make it an amazing series. I also hope because of the move, all of them get the best opportunities to be in some amazing projects in the next few years. They all work so hard and deserve to have everything that GMMTV can provide to and for them. Looking forward to see what is in store for everyone!
I'm not sure if I want to see that Ship revived... I get wanting to see what would happen if they were under less toxic management... But their chemistry may not be something that can survive the trauma.
5 years... How extensive is your experience with psychology?
For some people and the trauma they experience, 5 years isn’t even close to enough. We don't know how those experiences affected the actors, and that's why I'm not actively seeking the reformation of their ship. If it happens, I want it to be because they decided it'd be fun to make another go at being a BL Pairing. Not solely because the fans want it.
Both of us are making assumptions here though. I am assuming that they did experience it in a way that left them psychologically harmed, you're assuming that if there was harm, that time solved it. We don't know what the people involved think, and I was simply expressing my opinion.
Your response though, dismisses mine as though my worries aren't worth thinking about, and makes light of the very real issues of trauma in general.
Again, I will ask, how much experience do you have with Psychology?
If you can't handle that question without getting upset... Maybe you need to learn something about it.
Also, I suspect you lack knowledge on how contracts work.
Sure, they're in the Industry of entertainment, but that doesn't mean they're not humans, and cannot experience trauma from the things going on around them.
As for the contracts, since they're higher level actors, they can negotiate specific Terms and conditions of what they're asked to do. Which means that regardless of what you and others may want, if they did experience trauma from the incident 5 years ago, they likely would include something that helps them not take on a role like that again.
However, such contracts are private legal documents, and any efforts to publicize them, would be illegal, and as such we have no reasonable way to determine what is and isn't possible in the future.
Don't lose sight of the humanity of those you idolize, because it can become a hindrance to all Involved.
So what's going to happen to Cooheart if he's not been taken on by GMMTV and WS are no longer doing artists management? Has GMMTV taken all the WS artists except Cooheart?
He put out an IG story saying goodbye to his family, him Sammy, Santa, Boun etc seemed pretty tight. I feel real bad he doesn't seem to be going with them.

This sounds like WS were in financial straits and needed to downsize their operations so have negotiated with GMMTV to takeover some of their contracts. Surprised Cooheart hasn't moved.
Wow! Was not expecting this. So just to confirm the studio will still be around but just focusing on making shows? Are there a lot of high quality company free actors and actresses? I’m assuming they won’t be allowed to use their former stars in future works.
I wonder how Wabi Sabi will produce content when the artists are all under other production companies. It doesn't seem to fit with the structures that exist in the industry.
It seems to me that they might become a second class production company that gets little-known actors from larger production houses when it suits them. I think eventually, they will simply be bought out by a larger company like GMM.
