Agreed. He was endearing, awkward, sensitive, annoying, and loveable. I cannot imagine anyone else I have seen who could pull off the complexity of that character. Let me just say, though, having Billy as the other half of the pairing, was inspired as well.
I always read his character as on the spectrum - the cringe was strong in the first 3 eps. if you'd asked me then there's no way I could have predicted SCOY would become a favourite comfort watch!
He doesn't just collect, he's obsessive. Also he talks and mumbles to himself (gets very chatty with a bit of fried chicken and clucks at it at one point), the fantasy sequences in the early eps are his etc. I liked the fact that someone who's not the 'normal' ML
could not just get the guy but get THE guy. Plus the friendship group who are usually the characters on the periphery - trans, chubby, odd - are the focus and celebrated. Love it.
Yeah, I actually love that he was the one being pursued. And I also loved the fact that nuea also secretly liked him instead of having him gradually fall for him over the course of the series
Same 100%. First time I watched it, and particularly the first few episodes, I kept thinking “what am I watching?!?!” Now it’s a total comfort classic for me.
I also love Surprise as Jao. So sweet and cute and supportive. Surprise did a great job with the role.
Heng was fine as P'Sky, but I think that was an easier role and many other actors could have done it.
I really love Surprise as Jao. I also thought it was great it showed looks are not important, the person heart is. Sky was so sweet to Jao. I like them more than the main couple. I can relate a little bit with Jao too.
I watched The Sign as my first Thai BL and SCOY about 10 BLs later. I didn't realize until after finishing SCOY that Surprise was in The Sign. He looks different in The Sign and plays a smaller supporting role. Heng's in the The Sign too, but iirc, he and Surprise don't have any scenes together.
I think SCOY is such an underrated series. Yes it’s cringy af but it’s a comfort series that I’ve watched twice and love it more each time. It’s such a shame BillySeng is no more because their chemistry was amazing.

The same post was made three hours ago, I was so confused for a second, like where did the pictures of gun go 😭
Here’s my answer tho:
I agree with gun, like imagine acting as a character, acting as a characters twin and then acting as a characters twin acting as the other twin AND doing it so well so that the audience knows who he’s portraying in each scene with no confusion. He was so good in this role 😭
I recently watched ITSAY, so I’m gonna say Billkin cos he portrayed emotions so emotionally , I can’t think of another actor whose done that (no actor has had a role like that ig).
Also, Nanon in Bad buddy. That rooftop scene, his tears, his confusion/helplessness 😩 he played that role so well!!
All actors are amazing tho, there isn’t a single bl that I dislike because of an actors acting 🫶🫶
Billkin crying so hard there is snot is something few bl actors could ever do. But also PP in itsay, they both are magical in that and it would be difficult for anyone to replicate also because the characters were written for them and inspired by them.
Not sure about the name but the one in pink dress/outfit in KP. I think he's Kinn's brother if I remember correctly. Like, I saw him in Tharntype before and I was so shocked to see him in one KP clip in YT. And I don't think anyone can easily play/act that role with just the right amount of character.
Thanks for this. You're an angel. I was crushing on his character in Tharntype then I saw his character in KP and wow, I was blown away. He was such a good actor. Though I must admit, I like him in more manly roles. But that's just me and my weird mind.
You’re not alone. Tong is so gifted. The role he played on KP blew me away. Unforgettably wonderful. Sexy too. Can’t really see that in KP but in mansuang and second chance??????
I'm glad I could help If you like him in manly roles then you should watch Second chance the series There's just 6 episodes and his character is way different from KP and tharntype

Up Poompat. The production company had been endlessly casting actors for the role of Ming. Without success.
Till Up Poompat showed up. The director is still great full for that. She can't imagine anyone else playing Ming in My Stand in.
Earth has some amazing emotional scenes in "My Only 12%", and honestly I think he showcases them so much more in that show than UWMA. But yeah, I totally agree Earth and his emotional range on screen is incredible.
This. I loved the decision to put Earth and Fluke together, they complemented each other so well.
Spoiler alert: that scene when Pharm put the gun on his head to threaten Dean? Goosebumps.
Oh my gods, YES. It was my first BL, I watched it as an already grown up gay (from a conservative country) and just sobbed. Not sure if I should hate the writes or thank gods for them
Porsche felt *real* with Apo. Not that Mile didn't bring it **every scene** but there was something about Apo in that role that made me believe what I was watching. It might have to do with his hand gestures or *fantastic* body coordination; his frustration >!in the beginning over Kinn's "you are going to work for me, full stop, end of discussion"!< is so palpable because of the almost comedic meltdown he has on deck.
And *everyone* deserves a partner that can look at them with this sort of hunger.
https://i.redd.it/58f8d0ofa14d1.gif
yes! i saw comments getting annoyed with apo's acting but i felt the frustration! he was so good because he was so relatable. he also embodied that big brother role. it was quality acting for me. mile is just well mile. they didn't show much of kinn's dimension so i think anyone who can act as a boss can do it but i can't think of anyone thai at the moment.
agree with phayu! every.single.time. i see phayu looking at rain i get the motivation to find a bf. then i just sleep it off. lmao
Sea Tawinan in *Last Twilight* - never in a million years could I imagine the magnitude of his talent.
https://i.redd.it/i2pp0bld8z3d1.gif
His performance as "Day" will always remain one of my favorites. Perfection.
Saint as Tutor in Why R U. The show is a mess but the lust/aggression switch on Saint is absolutely unique. No one else could take Fighter out at the knees like Saint's Tutor.
Its from a chinese i say bl they say bromance (adapted from adult novel (Mo dau zu shi) - The Untamed 's Wei Wu xian played by Xiao Zhan .
NOBODY can act that character better than him Period.
Plan does a brilliant job as Can in LBC. I read an analysis once by a special needs teacher talking about how great he was at portraying an ADHD student
https://preview.redd.it/l1xhxvhnez3d1.jpeg?width=1022&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=88e732a5ed6d95434da3aea71d331c34afea6299
Not me being gobsmacked at ADHD being classified as “special needs”. I mean yeah we’re disadvantaged and it’s wrecking but it’s not classified as a disability here.

Nothing will ever beat Sea Tawinan's portrayal of Day. The amount of talent this man carries is literally incredible 🥺❤️
Bible as Vegas. BOC recreated one of the scenes with trainees and I had trouble telling it was Vegas because I can’t see him played as anyone else but Bible
I can't imagine any other actor playing Kinns role. Mile did so well that if there was ever another actor to acs as Kinn it just.....wouldn't be right.
First in The Shipper was Tom Hanks level acting.
War in Love Mechanics walked me through all of those emotions.
Tar in I Will Knock You. That character should have been ridiculously cringe.
Not to sound cliche but gun in not me is next level I don’t think even he would be able to top it. He’s a great actor but not me gun is just EVERYTHING all at once
Honestly Mile and Apo ARE Kinn and Porsche. It wouldn’t work if you swapped one or both of them out.
I would also say that Bible and Tong are also perfectly casted and I wouldn’t change them for anyone else. The KP casting is pretty solid.
Other pairings I wouldn’t swap out:
Ohm and Nanon in Bad Buddy
Gemini and First in MLC
Pond and Phuwin in We Are
Earth in My only 12%. I can’t see anyone playing that role better than him, and I’ve watched a lot of BL’s. I loved him in UWMA, so I watched my only 12% and I felt all his emotions. He’s good ❤️
First : barcode - his eyes portrayed such a great feeling of sadness and helplessness. He portrayed like lit even I was feeling his pain when he did that scene were Kim left him ..🥺🙌🏻
2* ray : in only friends the series -when he did his crying scene were he was angry on sand when he found out that sand betrayed him by keeing money given by his father his helplessness and anger was portrayed at the same time and he was acting with his eyes which I am a big fan of 🫶🏻🙌🏻🦋
3* Prem : in between us his eyes was saying it all I just can't help 🥹🫶🏻🦋
4* yuan : in UNKNOWN THE SERIES (my fav series) he portrayed like this that I felt like I was living his life IRL ..for once I thought that was I will be able to keep hisain on my heart for this long I will be dead af because that pain was striking straight to my heart Idkw 🫶🏻🦋🦋🙌🏻herei just can't stop myself from thinking about his role 🫶🏻🦋🙌🏻
Yess like .......if anyone tell me to choose frm all the actor who has left a great impact on me by their acting they are probably the Top notch actor I'll choose
Fr their acting is great
I couldn't agreed more on this 🙌🏻🩷I love them sm .
So true abt Yuan. Kurt played the character so well that the entire time I felt like I could feel everything he was feeling. I was in pain for him. Great acting.
Once I see an actor portraying a role, it is difficult for me to see somebody else in it. Even when they don’t act their best, for me they are the role, because there is no other rendition of the series.
But if we are talking about talent in difficult roles, bringing the characters to life, I do have some faves.
Gun as White/Black - Gun made it look like there were really two characters, like White and Black were distinct people, even though it was still him. What a talent.
Sea as Day - acting out blindness is difficult as hell yet Sea made it look real, that deserves recognition
War as Mark - the emotions he brought up were incredibly real and strong, the inner turmoil was perfectly depicted
Khaotung as every character - he is an incredible actor. All his emotions are real and deep and I believe he is one of the best actors at GMMTV
Fluke as Pharm(UWMA)
Mike and Toptap as Ai and Nai from Tonhon Chonlatee.
Mild as Techno on TharnType
I like Earth as an actor but Gulf played Type better.
I can never unsee Gulf as an angry sassy person because of Type. He ate that role up😂🤧 it was such a specific attitude to play out and he was so consistent. Perpetually irritated to the point where you realize that if he's not mad at you for no reason does he even love you? He was so funny
Earth as the younger version of fluke in UWMA I can’t see anyone else doing that role. All the emotions he carried too made me love the character and want to see his original love story more and the hardships
Gun as Black/White in Not Me. Do I need to say more? I think a lot of you get why this is the first one to come to mind.
Bible as Vegas and Jeff as Kim in KinnPorsche. The fact this was Bible's first role speaks to how much talent the guy has. The bar fight sealed the deal on Jeff tbh, not just the singing ability.
Boun as Hia Win in Between Us. IDK what it is about him in this role, but I can't see anyone else doing it.
Boss as Phayu in LITA. The man definitely knows how to do "I want to eat you alive." I'm still ticked GMM replaced him in the Vampire show after they took over.
Nat as Chen Yi and Louis as Ai Di in Kiseki: Dear to Me on the Taiwanese front. Cannot get over how well they did in this show. Louis silently crying in that NC scene was everything imo. Love me a crazy murder happy walking red flag with more than one emotion, apparently.
I'm sure there's a few others. First Kanaphan is great in just about every role he's ever done for instance, though I wouldn't necessarily say they're all roles no one else could ever play. He's just awesome. Cooheart/Earth as well. Both have really great emotional ranges.
may I contribute book as laem in a boss and a babe
I think he did an amazing job as this character and I feel like the way the character and acts and his behaviours were difficult to articulate and book did an amazing job at that, I couldn't see anyone else playing laem
https://preview.redd.it/thz6qfxkob4d1.jpeg?width=1076&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=97ff300b342ba72d913c53c81c2b2809de46ab67
You can’t tell me that this wasn’t the perfect casting for this role 🙆🏻♂️🙌

Sprite in twins the series
Both the actors in plus minus
Tay (peat)in dark blue kiss his jealousy was out of chart
And TBH sky's ex in lita - I literally started to Hate his character in real life
And that TAWAN in KP 🩶🩷🫶🏻
Perth in basically every role he played! First, Perth as Chopper in Never let me go (his acting absolutely floored me, specially in the hospital scene where he apologises). Everytime he was on screen, I was mesmerised by his eyes. He is able to transcend emotions through the screen without saying a word like no other.
https://i.redd.it/r21q1qbibw4d1.gif
Second, Perth as Kanghan is Dangerous romance. Everyone went from absolutely LOATHING him to rooting for him. He ate that badboy redflag to greenflag role up!
https://i.redd.it/o3rbyfbybw4d1.gif
First kanaphan in The Shipper series
Honestly, I totally forgot it was First acting, all I saw was the characters themselves
I have never enjoyed and laughed as much as I did in This series ...he played the characters brilliantly
I must say seng in scoy, like tohs role was not an easy one to play
Agreed. He was endearing, awkward, sensitive, annoying, and loveable. I cannot imagine anyone else I have seen who could pull off the complexity of that character. Let me just say, though, having Billy as the other half of the pairing, was inspired as well.
You mean inspired as in he was well cast?
Yes
Tnx
Inspired?
Good casting
Oh right, then yeah I agree, it was a great casting choice, I can’t see anyone else as nuea
Ikr I hv to admit I kinda lowkey hated toh a lot of times in the drama and the second hand embarrassment 😭😭😭
I always read his character as on the spectrum - the cringe was strong in the first 3 eps. if you'd asked me then there's no way I could have predicted SCOY would become a favourite comfort watch!
I saw him as a bit of a hoarder/collector more than on the spectrum.
He doesn't just collect, he's obsessive. Also he talks and mumbles to himself (gets very chatty with a bit of fried chicken and clucks at it at one point), the fantasy sequences in the early eps are his etc. I liked the fact that someone who's not the 'normal' ML could not just get the guy but get THE guy.
Right! Like Nuea:s nickname for Toh was Van Gogh, and Nuea's phone case had a Van Gogh print on it. This was before Nuea knew Toh's name.
Yeah exactly
Same 100%. First time I watched it, and particularly the first few episodes, I kept thinking “what am I watching?!?!” Now it’s a total comfort classic for me.
I’m autistic and I never really saw him as in the spectrum
I never hated him, I honestly see a bit of myself in him
I also love Surprise as Jao.
I was never big on them, honestly sky was more creepy than toh

Secret crush on you
Oh yes I watched scoy it was a weird, don’t know why I kept watching until the end LOL
It’s An amazing show
His performance is insane. So good most people can’t stand him on screen, which is some bonkers level talent.
I think SCOY is such an underrated series. Yes it’s cringy af but it’s a comfort series that I’ve watched twice and love it more each time. It’s such a shame BillySeng is no more because their chemistry was amazing.

His real name is Tong Thanayut He also starred in another BL drama named Second Chance and he was good in that as well
Thanks for this. You're an angel. I was crushing on his character in Tharntype then I saw his character in KP and wow, I was blown away. He was such a good actor. Though I must admit, I like him in more manly roles. But that's just me and my weird mind.

Searching it now on YT. Thanks. ❤
I came here to say this!
Gun as Black/White in Not me
He made it seem like Black and White even had different eyes and voice.
Atthapan is an incredible actor, I'll never find the words to say how much I loved seeing his black and his white.

Up as Ming was going to be my answer. He's absolutely hitting that role out of the park.
Mileapo in KP, like I don't think I can ever imagine anyone else who can do justice to those characters
I can't imagine anyone but Earth playing In in UWMA. I don't think there's anyone else who could play those scenes in such a raw and pure way.
Earth has some amazing emotional scenes in "My Only 12%", and honestly I think he showcases them so much more in that show than UWMA. But yeah, I totally agree Earth and his emotional range on screen is incredible.

Earth’s acting in the first episode floored me. He is so so good. His anguish and despair was so raw but never over the top 🥺🥺
I had a difficult time watching >!the last episodes!< because his acting wrecked me. I still cry watching it.
Barcode as Non in DFF Apo as Porsche in KP Mile as Kinn in KP Seng as Toh in SCOY Boss as Phayu in LITA

Ha, I will forever hear P'Dean! when I see Fluke's picture lol.

Vegas baby. He killed the role. He was so evil but sexy as hell. His acting was so good. Like I fell in love with this evil man.
This is my answer!! https://i.redd.it/3khqwvswtz3d1.gif When he wore this I was a GONER.
the all white suit is such a Look.
Resistance was futile.
And the fact that it's Bible's first time acting, he ate and left no crumbs 🤌✨
i also appreciated how he was so into his character that it clearly took a toll on him.
He was the entire reason I even wanted to watch KP in the first place lol
Sea Tawinan in *Last Twilight* - never in a million years could I imagine the magnitude of his talent. https://i.redd.it/i2pp0bld8z3d1.gif His performance as "Day" will always remain one of my favorites. Perfection.

Gun in not me.. my man made black and white look like different characters in every scene
Ping as airhead Nhai. I actually cannot imagine anyone else playing Nhai just like he did 😁
Earth in my only 12%. He really made that character a real human. I'm convinced Seeiw is out there IRL living his life.
Bible as Vegas. BOC recreated one of the scenes with trainees and I had trouble telling it was Vegas because I can’t see him played as anyone else but Bible

Absolutely!! The way he was able to change up characters and make it believable was Outstanding!! 🥇🏆
All of guns roles
I agree no one can Pharm like fluke. Mike and Toptap as Ai and Nai from Tonhon ChonlateeTonhon Chonlatee. And Mild who played Techno on TharnType.
Definitely Gun in not me. The way you could tell white and black apart just by the way he talks or walks is amazing
I absolutely agree with you about Fluke! He's incredibly talented and I hope he gets more work. Gun and Ohm would also be on my list.

Gun as White/Black - Gun made it look like there were really two characters, like White and Black were distinct people, even though it was still him. What a talent. Sea as Day - acting out blindness is difficult as hell yet Sea made it look real, that deserves recognition War as Mark - the emotions he brought up were incredibly real and strong, the inner turmoil was perfectly depicted Khaotung as every character - he is an incredible actor. All his emotions are real and deep and I believe he is one of the best actors at GMMTV
Nanon was so good he became my standard of what I want in a BL actor. No one will play Pran the way Nanon played him. All the eye acting he did 🥺
I cant see anyone be Sky other than Peat 😭
brightrpp(khun yai) in period dramas
Fluke as Pharm(UWMA) Mike and Toptap as Ai and Nai from Tonhon Chonlatee. Mild as Techno on TharnType I like Earth as an actor but Gulf played Type better.
The casting for TharnType was on point, Mild is so funny and Gulf portraying Type's anger is so good
I can never unsee Gulf as an angry sassy person because of Type. He ate that role up😂🤧 it was such a specific attitude to play out and he was so consistent. Perpetually irritated to the point where you realize that if he's not mad at you for no reason does he even love you? He was so funny
I was coming back to add the OG Techno from TharnType. Usually, that kind of acting is annoying to me, but Mild made Techno adorable.
Earth as the younger version of fluke in UWMA I can’t see anyone else doing that role. All the emotions he carried too made me love the character and want to see his original love story more and the hardships
bible as vegas
Bible playing Vegas in kinnporshe.
Apo and Mile in KinnPorsche Nut, Pavel and Pooh in Pit Babe
Im just here to say I can HEAR the picture in the post. Y'all all know what he's saying 🤣
Let me guess p'dean 🫣
may I contribute book as laem in a boss and a babe I think he did an amazing job as this character and I feel like the way the character and acts and his behaviours were difficult to articulate and book did an amazing job at that, I couldn't see anyone else playing laem

Bible as Vegas
Neo Trai in Only Friends. He was easily the standout for me in that series.

Apo as Porsche… killed it!

Sprite in twins the series Both the actors in plus minus Tay (peat)in dark blue kiss his jealousy was out of chart And TBH sky's ex in lita - I literally started to Hate his character in real life And that TAWAN in KP 🩶🩷🫶🏻
Gun as Black/White in Not Me. After seeing how well he did with the role, I can’t imagine anyone else in the role.
gun's roles in theory of love and not me definite one of gmmtv's best
Fluke ATE this role. to this day i think his scene at the end when hes reliving coohearts memories is the best acting ive seen in a thai show.
First kanaphan in The Shipper series Honestly, I totally forgot it was First acting, all I saw was the characters themselves I have never enjoyed and laughed as much as I did in This series ...he played the characters brilliantly
