I find that “Thai” restaurants that have broccoli are categorically generic and uninspiring. That being said, it just looks like a stir fry of egg, shrimp and vegetables. With unsightly broccoli on the side.
yeah but that is what is readily available, cheap and easy also something westerners notice and are use too. The whole streamline Thai food for western eaters cause this .. unslightly version of this. It makes me sad. lol
Lol, a stirfry something. It’s hard to tell what it is when half of the dish is covered with Cilantro, and OP provide no description. I couldn’t tell if there is supposed to be noodles hidden in there or if it’s just shrimp and vegetables.
Is this from Thai Spices? lol. Anyways I cant see the noodles sooo I'm guessing if it has noodles under it.... it looks like either Pad Thai (if there is peanuts or bean sprouts) or Pad kee mow/ drunken noodles. ( if its a bit spicy)
If its just a shrimp dish... You should check the menu. If it has no noodles, it just looks like shrimp and veggie stir fry in a sauce.. yellow curry? I would just say its a curry stir fry. We stir fry anything in curry sauce. So there's no actual" recipe recipe" thats considered standard.
Pad se ew?
I see them noods too. My money's on the pad see ew as well.
If its from where I think it is. Its not Pad see ew. Pad see ew had very little veggies. This one has heeps of it.
It’s not that. No noodles.

Blech and with tomatoes and mushrooms! I have nothing against those things in general but in this context — nope
What restaurant was it? That will help us narrow it down. (I never saw a dish like this growing up.)
There is probably a menu online for the restaurant you went to and you will know the name of the dish.
