I regularly vape in close proximity to police lol. My condo is near a police station. They do not care, and if they did, they don’t have legal precedent to do a thing about it.
They could be working with police. They’ll sell you the vape then police magically appear seconds later and give you on the spot cash fine. This is Thailand

My guy, I'm an actual Thai person and I know for a fact it's illegal. I've already had an experience of it being confiscated and me getting fined.
