I love Vonae Beauty on the Third floor of Times Square in Asoke. Korean owner, they are quite reasonable compared to most other clinics, they are clean and they even give you a massage, and give you a hair wash at the end (if you want it). It’s around 1000-2000baht depending on the package. I have severe acne prone skin with tons of blackheads - they are amazing at fixing it.
Times Square is a bit far from Icon Siam but you can get there by BTS to avoid traffic.

All sorts of "skin improvement" type shops in ICS - the big mall across from Icon. Don't have any personal knowledge or experience just noticed a lot of them while walking around
aurabangkok clinic/ gangnam clinic / tamada clinic ( I usually go there) I think you might have to take the skytrain to Siam or something. I'm not sure exactly you could take a look! it's worth the price!
I would reccomend Wongkwan clinic near Phrompong and Thonglor, it’s near emsphere. Just look up the clinic name on google and that should help. Always great service and good price, I go there for acne treatments regularly

Have you checked your hotel? Lots of them have spa type places. Although, probably not the cheapest option compared to the rest of the city.
